Parking:
You do not need a car in Waikiki. There is so much to do within a mile radius, so it really is walkable. However, if you`d like to rent a car to go around the island, we have a paid parking lot at the hotel. It is $40 + tax a day, which includes unlimited in and out access. Please notify the front desk that you would like to park. Prices subject to change, kindly check office/FD for updated rates and terms.

Check Out Cleaning:
The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels and restocking of amenities after each departure.
There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.

Linens and towels:
We provide one set of towels (bath towel, beach towel, wash towel, and hand towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet and a quilt.

Waikiki is a vibrant and lively city, offering an exciting atmosphere just steps from world-class beaches, shopping, and dining. As with any bustling destination, you may occasionally hear the sounds of busy streets and city life.

For added comfort, noise-canceling earplugs can help ensure a restful stay. If you have online meetings or need a quieter environment, noise-canceling headphones can also be useful.

All reservations are non-refundable. We are unable to offer refunds for cancellations.

Since our units are privately managed, the front desk does not officially accommodate parcel deliveries on our behalf. To ensure a secure delivery, we highly recommend shipping to the nearest parcel station provided by your chosen carrier and arranging for pickup directly from them. Please note that we are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged parcels.

Please understand if the `damage` resulted from assisted animals after checkout, we will have to charge the additional fee before our next guest(s) comes in.

Property owners/managers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The guests are responsible for the safe keeping of personal belongings or valuables. Damages, breakages and theft, and loss are the guests` responsibility during their stay.

Lost and Found Reminder*

We, as hosts are not liable for lost, misplaced or forgotten belongings. Please notify us ASAP about left items. We`ll try to locate and return them, but availability or condition of lost belongings isn`t guaranteed.

Guests are responsible for any shipping or transportation costs associated with the return of lost items. Items left unclaimed for a period of 30 days will be subject to disposal or donation, and we will not be held responsible for such actions.
