The Space:
Morning light drifts across your private lanai as the city wakes below and Diamond Head rises in the distance. From this high-floor retreat, you settle into a pace that feels both connected and comfortably removed above Waikiki’s energy.
The space
Set on the 23rd floor of Waikiki Banyan Tower 1, this one-bedroom, one-bath condo offers a calm vantage point with city skyline views and glimpses of the ocean beyond. Large windows bring in natural light, and a window AC unit keeps the space comfortable. The home is single level with no stairs and accessible by elevator, making it easy to come and go throughout your stay.
Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom is separated from the living area by a sliding door, giving you privacy when you want it. It features a king bed, room-darkening shades, a closet and dresser for storage, and a TV. In the living area, a queen pull-out sleeper sofa provides additional space for up to four guests, with fresh linens, extra pillows, and blankets included.

• Three brand-new hot tubs
• A brand-new sauna
• All new loungers and daybeds
• Modern barbecue and grill stations with seating
• A children’s playground
• A full tennis and play court
Everything on the deck will be new, beautifully designed, and ideal for families, couples, and longer stays.
