Great and cozy condo right in Waikiki, just a block from Kalakaua Ave. 2 bedrooms one with king size bed other with queen size bed and trundle bed with two twin beds in living room. Sleeps 6. One full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Parking is NOT included but available just down the street. Washer and Dryer is down the hall. Building has a pool on ground level. Walk to Kalakaua and all over Waikiki. Just 10 minutes walk from Waikiki beach, Ala Moana Mall and Convention Center.Perfect location for your perfect family getaway.

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. "Cozy" is absolutely correct. The directions were clear, the building secure and in a great location. The lanay view is very nice, ranging from the mountains to the sea and one of the most iconic buildings across the street. Very well equipped, and a walkable distance to anywhere you want to go. Best sleep in years. We will return.

The images of this property are probably 10 years old. There is nothing cozy about it. The property was absolutely disgusting. The bathroom ceiling tiles were falling down and decaying. Given the age of the property they could be asbestos ceiling tiles. There is no deadbolt on the door. It has been taken out. The furniture had stains from unknown origin that were so bad we would not sit on it. Pictures had come down and no one replaced them or put them back up. The walls were filthy. There was rust on the bathtub and ceiling vent. We did not feel safe at this property. Stayed one night of a three night stay and left. That bad. The property manager of this unit was of no help when we informed of the problems. I took extensive images of this property to support my comments and request for refund of this unit.

I liked that there was a view of the ocean from outside the room. I didn't like cuz. The air conditioner wasn't that great took 3 days to get comfortable.

Definitely a great centralized location! Our condo was clean and there were no bugs or cockroaches. The beds were nice, however the "couch" was actually a full trundle bed. It was my bad that I didn't fully pay attention to that. My experience with trundles in the past are a couch with a pull out bed on the bottom. There are bar chairs for the island and table, but they were uncomfortable, so we sat on the ground to eat. The noise is so bad here. We were woken up every single night, multiple times due to motorcycles and other tenants. I highly recommend bringing a white noise machine to block it out! The hot water was also a bit of an issue. There was hot water, but it was scalding and would switch from hot to cold throughout the shower without touching the handle. There was no comfortable in between on the temperature. Overall, it was a great place to stay, especially if you're planning to be gone most of the time. I will stay here again when I come back for work, and will just bring my noise machine. I probably would not bring my family back, just so we can have more of those "hotel comforts" for my mother.

You SHOULD LET THE GUEST KNOW THAT THERE'S NO PARKING AVAILABLE FOR THE GUEST. THAT'S UNACCEPTABLE yes no parking. You SHOULDN'T have to walk two blocks to get the room or pay a parking meter every two hours.rooor

Outdated apartment at best

The good point: price (though still too much!)The bad: host is slow to communicate (if at all), building is run down and old, condo desperately needs paint and updating, elevators only worked some of the time (unit is on the 13th floor!) water was turned off for maintenance one day, residents of building were seriously sketchy, locks were difficult to work (if at all), bed bug/roach spray under the sink (just praying it's precautionary), single bed is being used as a couch (ahhhhh???). There is NOTHING "cozy" about this place!Ugly: I've used VRBO for years. This was hands down the worst property I've stayed at. Wish I hadn't been suckered by pics and a "deal". Spend the extra money and stay elsewhere!!

Kitchen and living room were clean. Bathroom toilet ran, was something we had to fix most of the trip. Bathroom needs some work. Family of 5 and only 4 bath towels were put out. Trundle bed was broken, so the mattress had to left on the floor. Seating at the dining table was uncomfortable due to the stools being too high for the actual table. Nothing terrible, but a few things that could be addressed , and make the experience more pleasant.
