  • La vista più fantastica del centro di Waikiki !! Non puoi immaginare che ci sia spazio come questo in Marin Surf Waikiki dove i turisti restano sempre in giro. Questo attico con 1 camera da letto offre una vacanza da sogno.

    La stanza è stata perfettamente rinnovata. Ci sono 2 ingressi dal corridoio e puoi separare completamente la stanza in 2. Ci sono 2 bagni e balconi in ogni camera da letto e soggiorno. E il soggiorno ha un grande letto. Quindi, 2 parti hanno la propria camera con letti e bagno.


    Il soggiorno è molto spazioso con un grazioso divano rosso e un semplice letto king size in legno. La cucina full size è abbastanza grande. Una nuova lavatrice e asciugatrice è anche nella stanza. Tutto è totalmente nuovo !!

    La camera da letto ha 2 letti singoli e anche 1 letto supplementare. Consigliamo questa unità a tutti i tipi di viaggiatori, coppie, famiglie e amici.


    La stanza insieme ha 836 piedi quadrati. Questa è in realtà una dimensione di 2 camere da letto. Anche 2 balconi separati ha un totale di 476 piedi quadrati !!
    Questa unità si trova nel centro di Waikiki, ci sono molti ristoranti, negozi, supermercati, la spiaggia di Waikiki, niente di scomodo. Vicino alle fermate degli autobus e alle stazioni Biki. Ti godrai al centro di Waikiki senza auto.

    Ma non dimenticare che offriamo anche un parcheggio gratuito !!
    Adorerai questo attico (un piano superiore ha solo 4 camere e c'è una chiave per il solo piano attico nell'ascensore. Buona sicurezza !! ) di sicuro!!

Reviewer Comments: 広く清潔で備品も大体の物がありとても快適に過ごせました。海も見えるし、ヒルトンの花火もキレイに見えます。駐車場も無料で1台あるのが良いですね。ただ、部屋の鍵の構造がややこしく、どうしても自力で鍵を開けられず、オフィスが開いている時間だったのでスタッフの方に直接来て頂き部屋に入る事が出来ましたが、これがもし連絡の取れない時間だったらと思うとゾっとします。この部屋に関しては、チェックイン時にスタッフの方に一緒に確認してもらうのがベターだと思います。対応してくださったスタッフの方、ありがとうございま

Close to everything.

Nice penthouse apartment with great view. The apartment is well equipped and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the beach. Well equipped. Easy check in. Parking is tight.

New modern Penthouse in Waikiki

Great, new spacious Apartment with breathtaking view. Everything was as described. Comfy beds and amazing kitchen. The area is a little bit loud like everywhere in Waikiki. The parking space is a great plus.We would definitely come back.

Central location

Penthouse was in a key location, easy to get around Waikiki and great place to set up base for exploring the island. We enjoyed out stay of here, family of 3 and it was nice being able to hang out on the lanai when we weren't exploring. The place was relatively clean for a vacation rental. Thank you for letting us stay here. We left some beach gear there to start a collection (beach towel, some kids toys) - the listing let us know there was nothing there so we came prepared.

A/C in bedroom was so loud we couldn’t sleep. Cable TV would not work, sliders wouldn’t open and even if they did there were no screens so bugs could come in. No dish towels, no wash clothes!

Overall we loved the place, its close to everything like shopping, food, Beach etc. We had hard time checking in because the instructions were not sent to us and they took forever to send them again. The Lady wasn’t in much os a hurry to send them. I had to call multiple times. Therr are ants everywhere in the unit, looks like this building doesn’t have a regular pest control because ive seen other reviews about the same control. There are 2 bathrooms but if you’re using both showers at the same time the water pressure is low. But besides all these things we had a blast, the best this is you can walk to everything

It was ok

Nice place. However there were tiny bugs crawling all over the kitchen and bed side table and floor. I cleaned the kitchen counters many times a day to try and get rid of them but they just kept coming. They were all around the sink and dishwasher too. When I opened the dishwasher they were on the clean dishes. I just decided to keep cleaning them up and deal with it, but it was pretty gross. Other problem was there were no pool towels and the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall so we couldn’t use it. Aside from that the place was nice.

The location was great, the view was AMAZING!

The property was great. There was some damage (walls of the bathroom) and dirt (especially the vents) but overall this property was located in a great place. We were able to walk a lot and get to the beach in just a few minutes. Close to restaurants and shops (the expensive shops- the touristy shops). There's a great gift shop just below the condo which was great selection and prices. McDonald's for coffee was just below the condo. They don't provide a lot of things to stay there. For example, to wash dishes, we had one towel for drying. But the kitchen had all the dishes you needed to cook if you wanted to. The beds had minimal blankets and no spares. The beds are so-so comfy. I liked that my kids got their own beds. The view on the lanai was breathtaking, seeing both ocean and mountains. The doors to the lanai were very difficult to open, which is good if you have children but you need to put in some effort to open them. They had a washer/dryer which was so helpful as we didn't pack clothes for every day. There is only 1 couch. Now, the biggest concern, I paid a deposit. I asked them the day after I checked out when I would receive it back. They said 5 days. A few days after that, they said 14 days but would do it manually for me as an exception (around day 10) It's been 13 days since we left and the refund for the $300 deposit is still not received. (We left Nov 5 and today is Nov 18)

ルームクリーニング料金が$380 。でも部屋はゴミや埃だらけ。ベッドの下にはお菓子の食べこぼしまで。シャワーはレバーをH側に回すと水が出てC側に回すと親が出る。水圧は弱い。何よりもエアコンが窓用でうるさい。自室のエアコンを切っても、他室のエアコンの音なのか騒音と振動が酷くて眠れず。ペントハウスということできたい

Reviewer Comments: I stayed at a hotel in Hawaii for 20 years during my annual vacation.This year, I rented my first vacation rental room.Because the presentation program in Japan by Ray Hawaii Real Estate CEO Arry Okano was wonderful.To be honest, there was a false alarm of the fire alarm at midnight on the first day, and I was very tired.However, there is nothing else to worry about living in the Waikiki area.The view is also wonderful. It's a perfect room for sightseeing.You can't park in a big car. I recommend a small car or a large sedan.

Reviewer Comments: 不動産は1に立地、2に立地、34がなくて、5にRICH(立地笑)。特に、だれにもあわなくても自動的に入れ、しかもあの立地条件でセキュリティがしっかりしてるのは、驚きさえした。これで15回目のハワイだが、いままでホテルを使ってたのはなぜだろうと思うぐらい、考えさせられる、ビジネスモデルでもありましたので、星すべて5.ホテルはホテルなりのサービス、バケレンはバケレンの良さがわかって、世界は広いなぁとつくづく感じました。あと、室内洗濯機乾燥機は絶対に楽!で、奥さんもやっぱこれだねーと次回を予感させる、旅になりました。ありが

場所と眺望は素晴らしい。備品のメンテナンスが残念。

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 中心部にあり食事や買い物に便利で最上階からの眺望も素晴らしかったです。但し,残念だったのは,タオルがバスタオル4枚,ハンドタオル2枚しかなく,バスマットもありませんでした。5泊の初日に連絡しましたが補充されたのは帰国前日であり,不便な思いをしましたので今後の為に改善いただけると良いと思います。また、キッチン,洗濯室に蟻がずっといた事も気になりました。

掃除が出来ていない

まず到着して、ポストを開ける番号が最初に連絡された物と変わっていました。変わったと言う連絡も無かったですし、しれっと変わっていて焦りました。WiFi自体のネットワークやパスワードも当初知らされていたのとは違い、結局ルーターの裏を見て設定しました。 部屋は、ダイソンの扇風機のフィルターはかつて見たことがないくらいに埃がびっしり。通気穴の形に沿ってこれ以上は無理というくらいに詰まっていました。当然フィルターエラーが出ており、ついて早々掃除しましたが治らず、後日スタッフの外国人の方が来てくれましたが、結局治せずじまい。荷物がある部屋に無人で来てもらうのも気が引けたので、立ち会いして、何のための時間だったのかなと思います。 浴室の換気扇も埃だらけ、洗面の背面にあるブレーカーの扉？も開けてびっくり、怖いくらいの埃。見て見ぬふりしました。 トイレットペーパーホルダーもガタガタで、何度もトイレットペーパーが落ちます。 見れると書いてあった日本語チャンネルも見られず、途中からはメールでの連絡も無視され、呆れました。 となりの寝室のリモコンは、飲み物か何かこぼしたのか、電池蓋の中はジャリジャリサビサビ、電池も液体が漏れて使い物になりませんでした。 コップも欠けているものが2つあり、少なくて困りました。 浄水器のフィルターも期限切れ。 ダイソン掃除機の中の埃も捨てずに溜まったままで、使う気にもなりませんでした。 書いてあることと実際が違う点が多く、詐欺に近いのでは？とさえ感じます。 我が家の場合、子供がいるので日本語チャンネルに魅力を感じ、そこに重きを置いていた点もあり、対応も含め非常に腹立たしかったです。 立地やお部屋自体は広くとても良いですが、とにかく掃除が行き届いておらず、何のためにクリーニングフィーを払っているのか？馬鹿らしくなります。 タオルやトイレットペーパーは多めに置いてあり、助かりました。 安価ですのでホテルのようなサービスは無理というのは理解できますが、最低限のことはしていただけるよう、改善されることを願います。

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: ロケーションは最高です。広さも申し分なく楽しめました。残念な点は温泉の素を持参しましたが、お風呂の栓が壊れていてゆっくり浸ることができませんでした。エアコンの隙間から外部の音が入るみたいで、ちょっと煩かったという2点ですがとても魅力的な滞在でした。
