La vista più fantastica del centro di Waikiki !! Non puoi immaginare che ci sia spazio come questo in Marin Surf Waikiki dove i turisti restano sempre in giro. Questo attico con 1 camera da letto offre una vacanza da sogno.

La stanza è stata perfettamente rinnovata. Ci sono 2 ingressi dal corridoio e puoi separare completamente la stanza in 2. Ci sono 2 bagni e balconi in ogni camera da letto e soggiorno. E il soggiorno ha un grande letto. Quindi, 2 parti hanno la propria camera con letti e bagno.


Il soggiorno è molto spazioso con un grazioso divano rosso e un semplice letto king size in legno. La cucina full size è abbastanza grande. Una nuova lavatrice e asciugatrice è anche nella stanza. Tutto è totalmente nuovo !!

La camera da letto ha 2 letti singoli e anche 1 letto supplementare. Consigliamo questa unità a tutti i tipi di viaggiatori, coppie, famiglie e amici.

A/C in bedroom was so loud we couldn’t sleep. Cable TV would not work, sliders wouldn’t open and even if they did there were no screens so bugs could come in. No dish towels, no wash clothes!

It was ok

Nice place. However there were tiny bugs crawling all over the kitchen and bed side table and floor. I cleaned the kitchen counters many times a day to try and get rid of them but they just kept coming. They were all around the sink and dishwasher too. When I opened the dishwasher they were on the clean dishes. I just decided to keep cleaning them up and deal with it, but it was pretty gross. Other problem was there were no pool towels and the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall so we couldn’t use it. Aside from that the place was nice.

Close to everything.

Nice penthouse apartment with great view. The apartment is well equipped and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the beach. Well equipped. Easy check in. Parking is tight.

The location was great, the view was AMAZING!

The property was great. There was some damage (walls of the bathroom) and dirt (especially the vents) but overall this property was located in a great place. We were able to walk a lot and get to the beach in just a few minutes. Close to restaurants and shops (the expensive shops- the touristy shops). There's a great gift shop just below the condo which was great selection and prices. McDonald's for coffee was just below the condo. They don't provide a lot of things to stay there. For example, to wash dishes, we had one towel for drying. But the kitchen had all the dishes you needed to cook if you wanted to. The beds had minimal blankets and no spares. The beds are so-so comfy. I liked that my kids got their own beds. The view on the lanai was breathtaking, seeing both ocean and mountains. The doors to the lanai were very difficult to open, which is good if you have children but you need to put in some effort to open them. They had a washer/dryer which was so helpful as we didn't pack clothes for every day. There is only 1 couch. Now, the biggest concern, I paid a deposit. I asked them the day after I checked out when I would receive it back. They said 5 days. A few days after that, they said 14 days but would do it manually for me as an exception (around day 10) It's been 13 days since we left and the refund for the $300 deposit is still not received. (We left Nov 5 and today is Nov 18)

New modern Penthouse in Waikiki

Great, new spacious Apartment with breathtaking view. Everything was as described. Comfy beds and amazing kitchen. The area is a little bit loud like everywhere in Waikiki. The parking space is a great plus.We would definitely come back.

掃除が出来ていない

まず到着して、ポストを開ける番号が最初に連絡された物と変わっていました。変わったと言う連絡も無かったですし、しれっと変わっていて焦りました。WiFi自体のネットワークやパスワードも当初知らされていたのとは違い、結局ルーターの裏を見て設定しました。 部屋は、ダイソンの扇風機のフィルターはかつて見たことがないくらいに埃がびっしり。通気穴の形に沿ってこれ以上は無理というくらいに詰まっていました。当然フィルターエラーが出ており、ついて早々掃除しましたが治らず、後日スタッフの外国人の方が来てくれましたが、結局治せずじまい。荷物がある部屋に無人で来てもらうのも気が引けたので、立ち会いして、何のための時間だったのかなと思います。 浴室の換気扇も埃だらけ、洗面の背面にあるブレーカーの扉？も開けてびっくり、怖いくらいの埃。見て見ぬふりしました。 トイレットペーパーホルダーもガタガタで、何度もトイレットペーパーが落ちます。 見れると書いてあった日本語チャンネルも見られず、途中からはメールでの連絡も無視され、呆れました。 となりの寝室のリモコンは、飲み物か何かこぼしたのか、電池蓋の中はジャリジャリサビサビ、電池も液体が漏れて使い物になりませんでした。 コップも欠けているものが2つあり、少なくて困りました。 浄水器のフィルターも期限切れ。 ダイソン掃除機の中の埃も捨てずに溜まったままで、使う気にもなりませんでした。 書いてあることと実際が違う点が多く、詐欺に近いのでは？とさえ感じます。 我が家の場合、子供がいるので日本語チャンネルに魅力を感じ、そこに重きを置いていた点もあり、対応も含め非常に腹立たしかったです。 立地やお部屋自体は広くとても良いですが、とにかく掃除が行き届いておらず、何のためにクリーニングフィーを払っているのか？馬鹿らしくなります。 タオルやトイレットペーパーは多めに置いてあり、助かりました。 安価ですのでホテルのようなサービスは無理というのは理解できますが、最低限のことはしていただけるよう、改善されることを願います。

Great stay!

Wonderful location. 10 minute walk to beach. Lots of shopping and dining options. Loved the full size kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and washer/dryer. Best part was the view and the patios. Building staff very helpful and friendly too.

Very nice place for our elopement wedding and honeymoon

Best part was waking up to see the beautiful view with two spacious patios. Very nice clean kitchen. Very convenient to have two bathrooms which were very clean. The place had two nice TV's with Netflix and YouTube access. Also had easy to use washer and dryer. We had a four door Jeep and parking was a little tight. Would be great for a smaller car. Location was close to all the major attractions. Only small improvement we suggest is putting a clock on the wall.

Clean place, but mis-advertised pictures and unwillingness by host to make it right

The place was clean and in a good location. The pictures showed a BBQ grill on the lanai (patio), which factored in to us booking this place. When we got there, there was no grill. On emailing the host, they stated that the condominiums didn't allow grills on the patios. We had planned some of our meals around having easy access a grill (for burgers, etc). We politely asked if we could get some sort of adjustment since it was advertised with one via the pictures, but they declined the request (and then removed the picture which the grill from the listing). Also, the laundry room has a huge mold issue near the ceiling which could pose a health hazard.

Wonderful place

It was nice and comfortable to stay in this property, right middle of everything we needed. We enjoyed all of those things. I proudly recommend this place to others. Only little thing was if check out time would be nice 11am instead of 10am.

Views and Location

I loved this property. On the penthouse floor in downtown Honolulu. Steps from the beach, shopping, food. Prime location! Has two balconies and the view is amazing! I would love to stay here again on my next visit!

Great COVIDcation!

Overall we had a fantastic stay! The only drawback was that the beds in the bedroom were twin size, not full as listed. Luckily my 7 year old was happy to sleep on the sofa! This is a fantastic location, just a couple of blocks from the beach and an easy walk. The condo was very comfortable and had lots of nice amenities for cooking at home or eating takeout. Since we were following COVID protocols we often got takeout from one of the fantastic nearby restaurants and brought it home. Lots of ABC stores and a Longs nearby to pick up essentials as well. One note for American tourists - this property is set up to cater to Japanese travelers. So you'll be asked to leave your shoes at the door. (They provided slippers which was so nice!). Also, the toilets are equipped with bidets, so it may seem a little odd at first, but you don't have to use them if you don't choose to. (My husband LOVED them and wants to install one at home!) Overall a great stay assuming you aren't trying to sleep more than 4 adults! The location seriously can't be beat.

Central location

Penthouse was in a key location, easy to get around Waikiki and great place to set up base for exploring the island. We enjoyed out stay of here, family of 3 and it was nice being able to hang out on the lanai when we weren't exploring. The place was relatively clean for a vacation rental. Thank you for letting us stay here. We left some beach gear there to start a collection (beach towel, some kids toys) - the listing let us know there was nothing there so we came prepared.

home away from home

Great place to be, it's like our home. location and place is as described and Property management was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. It made our stay in Honolulu a memorable one. We will definitely stay at this Penthouse unit again if we come back to Honolulu.
