Permetteteci di darvi il benvenuto nella nostra casa hawaiana con il calore della nostra ospitalità "aloha". Siamo a meno di un isolato dalla spiaggia in una delle migliori posizioni di Waikiki. In realtà abbiamo due studi affascinanti, uno adiacente all'altro, e ognuno ospita due persone.

Questo monolocale, UNITA '1, è quella nella foto qui a questo annuncio. Ha un comodo letto matrimoniale di biancheria morbida, una cucina completa con forno, bagno con accessori lussuosi e corrimano. Se sei un gruppo di 3 o 4, possiamo ospitare la tua festa aggiungendo il nostro secondo studio.

UNITÀ 2 (che ha due letti gemelli (in grado di trasformarli in un letto matrimoniale), ed è anche con lenzuola morbide e prodotti da bagno di lusso. Ha un lanai privato ma senza cucina; anche se ha un mini frigo, forno a microonde e una macchina per il caffè.

Entrambe le unità sono dotate di servizi utili come WiFi gratuito ad alta velocità in camera, TV via cavo, teli mare, zattere, ecc. L'edificio ha una piscina e una terrazza panoramica arredata con vista mozzafiato sul mare turchese incontaminata e spiagge dorate di Waikiki Beach, un panorama senza ostacoli di Diamond Head, e l'occhio di un uccello oltre Kapiolani Park, la splendida 300 acri distesa di verde che è ospita lo zoo, la Shell, l'Acquario e molte altre attività ricreative e insulari festeggiamenti. Sulla terrazza panoramica, ti rilasserai in serenità al di sopra della frenetica città, ammollo il sole, trova un rifugio ombreggiato, guarda l'alba e il tramonto, e cenare sotto le stelle ascoltando i suoni dolci degli animali da zoo notturni o forse un mondo -classica performance musicale dalla Shell. Je recommande cet appartement! L'appartement est bien situé pour la plage de Waikiki de l'autre côté de la rue et les accès aux autoroutes pour visiter l'île. La terrasse au 10e est juste splendide avec sa vue sur Diamond Head et la plage. Nous y avons pris tous nos repas. L'appartement est un peu vétuste mais très propre. Nous avons adoré le service à la réception qui a été à l'écoute et nous a prêté des chaises de plage et un parasol. Petit conseil: Les stores ne sont pas opaques donc prévoyez un masque pour dormir. Et l'air climatisé est très bruyant et direct sur le lit. Donc prévoyez des bouchons. Par contre, la nuit la température est fraîche donc nous partions l'air climatisé pendant la soirée pour la fermer la nuit. Merci à Mark pour son excellent service!

The studio was outdated and dirty with broken window blinds (all 3 blinds were broken and inoperable!), peeling paint, mold in the shower, loudest air conditioner ever, cracked countertops, no knobs on cabinet doors and drawers makes for filthy drawers and cabinets! Floors were dirty as well. We were able to check out other rooms that were beautiful and updated. This unit has not been updated since the 80s or 90s. Only the bed was new - thankfully! We contacted the manager of this studio and it took all week for him to offer us a 10% discount. We paid good, hard earned money for this room and 10% is nothing. Taking all week to get back to us is unaccectable. He finally settled on 12% saying it was all he could do. I would not do business with this manager again. His name is Mark Howard.

Good: location, bed was comfortable; A/C was quiet; tenth-floor patio is very nice at sunset. Nice assortment of kitchen appliances. Suboptimal: Curtains inadequate at night (room was lit up by parking lot lights); needs a side table to put stuff; water pressure was marginal for showering; some electrical plugs didn't work. If owner fixes all this stuff, this place would be great.

We actually loved staying at this location. Right next to a Starbucks which was great for our morning routine of having coffee in the park across the street. The ocean just across the other street - we would walk along the sand as the sun came up and the people started to come out. Dennys was a favorite midnight meal as we were off on our hours of being awake/asleep. Would stay here again!

Super Lage, besser geht nicht. Die wohnungseinrichtung ist sehr alt aber sauber.2 der 4 Herdplatten waren nicht zu gebrauchen, da diese verbogen waren.badezimmer sehr veraltet und verwohnt,aber sauber.

Easy access to everything, I felt very safe. I was able to walk to everything and when my friends came to pick me up the zoo parking lot worked great for a pick up point with easy access off the interstate. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for an affordable place to stay. Don't expect the Hilton but worked perfect for me.

The pictures on line showed a bit newer renovation. The place was a bit tired and run down. Could use some black out blinds or drapes. The blinds don’t have full closure so bright lights shone into the room at night. We asked at the front desk about beach towels. There were none included. All other sites we stayed at had them available. The manager at the front desk was so helpful to get us some. The room smelled a little musty, too. The bathroom area could do with some organization to maximize the small space. The wall next to the tub looks a bit moldy. I am not saying these things to be hyper critical. I like to help the owners to put their best service possible. Was the room adequate-definitely. Our host was also very helpful in getting parking and answering questions. I think it could just use a bit of TLC.

We have stayed in several units. It’s more or less what we expected. Nice to have stove with oven and a little bit bigger fridge than some places have. Since we stay a month we do cook. Bed was comfortable. I like all the hooks and rods in bathroom to hang things on and drying rack was nice. However I do think the bathroom needs some updating and the kitchen cabinets a good cleaning. We added some dishes as there was a lack of bowls. All together the unit met our needs for the price and location which is the best part.

Renting this property was a dream. It is cute and minimal but still has everything you need. Full kitchen, bed is comfy, AC runs great and it was very clean, especially for an older condo, it was really well maintained. Very centrally located right by waikiki beach, shops, restaurants and the zoon. But I'd honestly skip the zoo. It gets hot and half the animals are rarely out of their dens in the heat. Hotel the condo is in has a fantastic burger restaurant attached and a wonderful bar on the 2nd floor. The star of the show is the 10th floor sundeck. Spent every morning enjoying the view with my coffee and my evenings enjoying a drink and the sunset over the beach. Wonderful stay

We were visiting family who lives on the island. This hotel is close to shopping, zoo, beach, restaurants & bars. Very clean hotel. Big window in the room, lots of light, no view which I knew before our stay, no problem for us. We noticed the wands for the blinds were broken but we didnt need/want to use them. We didn't use the stove/oven but found the unit supplied with lots of kitchen tools to use.
