FLOOR AREA : Approximately 220 SQ FT
This unit features two separate rooms, Units A and B, connected by a common hallway. Both units have their own private entrances, accessed through a shared main entrance door. If only one unit is booked, guests may share access to the main entrance door while still enjoying complete privacy within their respective unit.
Important Note: The building management has an on-going construction activity which is expected to be completed by March 2023. The said activity will be from Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM, therefore, guests may expect noise from drilling and chipping of exterior walls to give way to the spalling and later on painting of the Hawaiian Monarch Building. While we wish to inform you that building renovations are allowed from Monday-Friday, we hope to extend our sincere apologies for the inconvenience this may cause. The building appreciates your patience and cooperation as they complete this event.
Check in: after 4:00 PM (Front desk) An earlier check-in can possibly be arranged. No guaranteed, and early requested needed. Please contact us at around 1pm on the same date to check the status. Luggage drop-off service is available at Security for $5 per piece (rate is subject to change and please confirm with security)
Check out: before 11:00 AM (Please leave both keys in the unit on the table)
Parking: You do not need a car in Waikiki. There is so much to do within a mile radius, so it really is walkable. However, if you`d like to rent a car to go around the island, we have a paid parking lot at the hotel, which includes unlimited in and out access. Please notify at the parking attendant by the gate that you would like to park. There is a car rental company (808 Smart Car Rental) at the ground floor, and please check their options and availabilities.
Check Out Cleaning: The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels and restocking of amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
Linens and towels: We provide one set of towels (bath towel, beach towel, wash towel, and hand towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet and a quilt.

**For the added safety of all our guests and to ensure the security of our property, we might kindly ask you to provide a copy of your valid ID after your reservation has been confirmed. This step helps us to maintain a secure and trusted environment for everyone.
**The building follows a regular schedule of water shutdown every 2nd Tuesday of the month to give way for some minor repair and maintenance of the entire building`s water system. The said activity happens between 11am-3pm.
**We would like to kindly inform you that this building conducts routine pest control services every 2nd Tuesday of the month to uphold their commitment to a pest-free environment. During these visits, a uniformed pest control technician, accompanied by one of the housekeeping employees, will visit each unit. Your cooperation and awareness of this scheduled pest control visit are greatly appreciated. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a comfortable living environment for everyone.
** The Waikiki Monarch Building will be undergoing construction to secure AC covers from September 3rd through October 29th, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. This work will include drilling, and potential construction noise is expected. While weekends and holidays are excluded, some quiet work may occur on Saturdays to expedite the process. We appreciate your understanding during this time.
