Island Colony, a very popular Condominium Hotel, visited friendly building.

Located near the center of Waikiki and walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops, and everything Waikiki has to offer.



The building offers a hotel style swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ grills and many lounge chairs to relax anywhere on property. 24 hour front desk for easy check in. Very secured property with cameras, keyed elevators and 24 hour security.



The parking in the building is $40/day.



The Space:

★Important Notice★ Water Shut Off intermittently due to water pipe replacements project. There will be effects between 1/22/24-2/23/24, 3/11/24-3/18/24, 4/2/24-4/9/24, 4/24/24-5/1/24 and 9/11/24-9/18/24.

The apartment building is going through a large scale plumbing project to replace water pipes. There will be NO WATER in the unit during the days listed above from Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm. Weekends are unaffected.

This unit comes with 2 Queen beds in the bedroom, and 1 queen sofa sleeper, and 2 twin size bunk beds in the unit. A full kitchen for easy cooking during your stay. 65 inch TV in the living room, and a 55 inch TV in the bedroom. A split AC to keep you comfortable during your Hawaiian vacation.
