  • Welcome to Royal Garden at 440 Olohana St., your home in the heart of vibrant Waikiki. The Royal Garden offers convenient proximity to various attractions. Enjoy a brief walk to Luxury Row on the Waikiki `Strip,` and both the Ala Moana Shopping Center and Hawaii Convention Center are easily accessible on foot.

    Professionally cleaned after each guest. Front desk/security in lobby. Includes King Size Bed, WiFi, TV, pool, sun deck, sauna and fitness room.

    Check Out Cleaning:
    The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels and restocking of amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.

    Linens and towels:
    We provide one set of towels (bath towel, beach towel, wash towel, and hand towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet and a quilt.

    As with any bustling destination, you may occasionally hear the sounds of busy streets and city life.
    For added comfort, noise-canceling earplugs can help ensure a restful stay. If you have online meetings or need a quieter environment, noise-canceling headphones can also be useful.

    We want you to have the best experience and are happy to assist if you need anything!

    Kindly note: In accordance with Hawaii state law, the Transient Accommodation Tax (TAT) rate will increase from 10.25% to 11% starting January 1, 2026. For reservations after this date, an additional 0.75% tax adjustment will apply. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with this change.
