  • Ocean breeze studio on Ala Moana blvd with lovely balcony, on 9th floor with nice view of mountains and Ala Wai canal with kayaking activities daily. The building has beautiful ocean view and harbor view from the elevator area. Only a few minute walk to Waikiki, Waikiki Beach, magic island beach and AlaMoana Beach Park. 

    Prime location. This studio is on famous Ala Moana blvd where everything is nearby.

    Our place is perfect,  if you don’t want to cook. No kitchen. The large multilevel Alamoana shopping center with amazing shops and over 160 restaurants, international food court and grocery stores. Across the street from Red Lobster, 5 minute walk to elegant Signatures restaurant , and Chart House.
    Mc Donalds and ABC market around the corner. Close to many bus stops.

    For your convenience the studio is furnished all in one room with a newer queen sized bed and fresh bedding set, a fridge and a microwave.

    You are on the 9th floor with the ocean breeze. A ceiling fan for extra ventilation. No AC.

    Laundry room in the building. WiFi included. 
    Parking is available for additional $175/month.

    No pets. No smoking.
    3 months to 1 year rental agreement

Extremely small, loud and hot

I arrived on a Friday afternoon and left Saturday morning. The room is extremely small and looks nothing like the nice pictures. I’m assuming he used a filter or something. The fridge is outside and the parking garage is so tiny (there is 10 spots or so) I would be scared to drive a golf cart in there. It was super hot and the host told me to leave the door open at nights to let the air in. The shower is gross and has a old mat in the shower that looks like it has been water logged for a long time and never completely dried. The bed is on the floor right when you walk in, and there is no where to make food or anything. There is a door in the room leading to the neighbors room which made me very uncomfortable hearing him next door and not knowing if he would come through the door. It was locked but who knows it he had a key. I stayed for about 6 hours just to sleep because I got in at almost midnight. I left at around 6 am the next morning out 2 thousand dollars. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Experience

Easy to book and fast reply. Pictures are exactly how it is in the condo. People are friendly in the building. Parking stall fits a compact and place is pretty secure. Such great hospitality!

cute studio

It was easy to check in. The place was basically what it said it was. Cute, small with a balcony over looking the river and mountains. There was a fridge outside, no stove, but there was a microwave toster oven and some other kitchen supplies. There was a scooter stop nextdoot which was really convenient and a groceries store about a 10 minute walk away. The host was very responsive via text and let me know when the building was getting maintenance.

Nice to work here!

Enough space for working from home, two TV monitor, I used dining table for working desk, we are at the island kitchen. Enough space and closets for clothes and linens and towels. We love that kitchen. If I leave my feedback for the kitchen, the dishes are not appropriate. Too heavy, too many heavy containers of glass. Place is convenient. Near to Ala Moana, Donkey, Walmart. And Fort Derucy and beach for walking and exercises. Security is not looked as professional. No greetings from them. No smile. Other than that it’s good.

Great location!

This was an amazing trip! I loved the location, and in Hawaii that is EVERYTHING! Customer service was great, as I locked myself out and they came to the rescue within 20 mins. Also loved how I could easily walk to Ala Moana park & beach and within steps to a great local coffee shop, high end restaurants, local boating dock and surfing. Super great building and quiet. Amazing views and close, reliable public transportation options. Not to mention the full sized refrigerator was a HUGE plus as I did the local food delivery service Aina Meals, which I also recommend.
