(These items can be purchased at the ABC Stores located next door, or rented through local beach equipment rental services)

Key Fobs:
We provide 2 key fobs. One is located in the lockbox, and the second is on the kitchen island. Unreturned or lost key fobs are subject to a $50 replacement cost

There is no front desk, so we do not provide luggage drop-off before check-in or luggage storage after check-out

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations adhere to Vrbo's policy. Any requests to shorten your trip or change dates are subject to the cancellation policy.

To guarantee an early check-in, we recommend booking the previous night. Otherwise, availability cannot be confirmed until your arrival date. We offer one complimentary hour of early check-in when available, and additional hours are $20 each.

To guarantee a late check-out, we suggest booking an additional night. Otherwise, availability cannot be confirmed until the day before your departure. Late check-out is $20 per hour when available.

This unit comes with 1 assigned parking stall only. Additional vehicles must be parked off-site. Vehicles parked in any stall other than the assigned one will be towed by the building at the guest's expense.

Housekeeping during your stay can be arranged for $250 per service.


By booking the property you agree to the following house rules:

Building Regulations: Guests must follow all building house rules. Guests are fully responsible for any fines or penalties incurred due to rule violations.

Building Maintenance & Emergencies: Guests must cooperate with building management regarding emergency repairs, scheduled maintenance, fire alarm testing, water shut-offs, and evacuations. Please note that emergency shut-offs and amenity closures mandated by the building are outside the host's control, and guests are ineligible for refunds or compensation in these instances.

Missing Items & Keys: Guests are financially responsible for any lost, damaged, or unreturned property during their stay. Unreturned key fob will result in a $50 deduction from the guest deposit. Any other missing items will be deducted from the guest deposit at their replacement cost.

Balcony Safety: Children must be supervised on the balcony at all times. For your safety, do not lean against the balcony railings.

Sand: Please thoroughly rinse off all sand before placing clothes or towels into the washer and dryer.

Quiet Hours: To respect our neighbors, please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Late Checkouts: Unapproved late checkouts will be subject to a fee of $120 per hour (prorated) to cover disrupted schedules.

Guest Occupancy: The number of guests must match your reservation. Unregistered guests will incur an additional charge of $100 per guest, per night. The maximum occupancy is 7 guests (including children); exceeding this limit will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund.

Noise & Impact: No jumping, running, or high-impact exercises inside the unit to respect the property and neighbors.

Energy Saving: Please turn off the AC and all major appliances when leaving the property.

Plumbing Care: Please flush only toilet paper down the toilets. Do not flush wipes, including those labeled "flushable." Guests will be held responsible for all emergency plumber fees and repair bills caused by misuse.

Pest Control: This home is located in Hawaii’s beautiful tropical climate, where insects are a natural part of the ecosystem. We invest in regular, professional pest control to keep your stay comfortable. Because nature is all around us, occasional encounters can happen and do not qualify for refunds. We appreciate your understanding.

Left-Behind Items: All personal items left behind after checkout are assumed disposable.

Prohibited Items: Smoking, vaping, firearms, and illegal activities are strictly banned. A $500 fee plus the cost of any necessary remediation will be charged for smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, including the balcony.
