La cosa positiva della struttura era la posizione ed il garage compreso nel prezzo. Per il resto là camere era molto sporca con una moquette estremamente polverosa! Non parliamo del bagno che abbiamo dovuto pulire a fondo per potere utilizzarlo! Il tappetino della vasca aveva perfino la muffa. Cucina sporca

I am so sorry that you were not satisfied with the room cleaning before your check-in. We provide a 100% guarantee that the the room is cleaned to your satisfaction. This written guarantee was placed on the bed next to your welcome macadamia nut chocolates on the bed so that you would not miss it. In addition, right after your check-in I sent you a Welcome Email with lots of suggestions on things to do and places to go. At the very top of that email I noted "If anything comes up that we need to address for the studio be sure to give us a call. We would rather take care of it right away to make your trip perfect with us, than to have anything linger in your mind". I just wish you would have used the phone in the unit to call us, or just text or email us, and we would have taken care of every concern so that you would have had a wonderful carefree stay. You stayed with us for two weeks and not once contacted us so we could let us know you had concerns!! In the future, please contact the host as soon as you have an issue, as it will make your stay much more enjoyable. Mahalo, Tom Waikiki Place....the place to be in Waikiki!!

Ottima location nel cuore di Waikiki, a due passi dal mare e dalla via principale dello shopping e movida.. ben equipaggiata con sedie per il mare. , maschere, boccaglio, ombrellone. Terrazza con vista sui grattacieli di Waikiki.. ottimo per le coppie ma anche gruppo di amici

We like the location, easy walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. Off street parking was a big plus.

Owner is best in communication. I love the place where this property is located. Although, cleanliness in an issue. Coffeemaker was not cleaned. Oven was not cleaned. Dishes, you have to wash it again to have a peace that you are using a clean ones. Rice cooker, pots are not cleaned. I think it's time for the owner to invest for new plates, bowls, cups. Those corelle are great but lots of yellow stains that won't come out even if you wash it many times. Throw pillows, looks dirty. Do not trust to use it. Sofa bed was not made. Owner is great in communication, he only needs to make sure that his unit is properly cleaned and maintained every before check in.

The location was great -close to shopping and restaurant. Owner had good communication. The beach chairs were broken and supplies were limited.

Great location, lots of stores, dining options. 10 minutes walking to the beach. The only cons is that outside wall is thin, so it could be noisy.

1907号室に宿泊。他の部屋より少し高かったが、オーシャンビューと書いてあったのでこの部屋に。ラナイに出ないと海は見えないのでオーシャンビューでない安い部屋にすればよかった。小さい子供連れだと危なくて窓は開けられないのでラナイに出れず意味がなかった。 良かった点 ・メインストリートが近く、交通の利便性が高かった。 悪かった点 ・枕、クッションが臭い ・テレビのリモコンがほぼ動作せず7日間テレビが見れなかった。エクスペディアを通して連絡したが返信がなかった。 ・6泊3名だったが、バスタオル4枚のみで交換無し。自分で毎日洗濯する必要あり。 ・お風呂がつまりやすかった。 洗濯と乾燥合わせて1回$3。

I liked the easy check in and that we were able to leave our luggage before checking in. Terrell was very nice and accommodating. The place had enough to meet our needs. We are grateful that we were able to book on the same day we were arriving. Thank you for that.

The place was in a great location, everything needed was accessible. Really liked the parking spot, found it to be extremely useful for the trip. The place itself was good, clean except the toilet was difficult to flush. I did mention it (on the last day, it was fine to use still) and had a quick response, which was nice. I would stay here again. :)

Great condo
Great location in town. It was within walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. Free parking with the condo which was nice. It was very well secured with key access entry and security on standby. There were onsite laundry facilities and an outdoor pool. Many toiletries were already supplied as well as beach gear.

The place is very old and outdated. Shower rod is very rusty and the shower curtain needs to be washed. We had to clean the toilet bowl before using. There’s a weird smell in the room. The location though is excellent as it is in the heart of Waikiki. Free parking is a plus.

Only issue was the check-in process. I had to call/text as the passcode did not work and then was given a new passcode same with parking lot. Atleast the owner was responsive enough and was sorted with in 1hr.

Very centrally located for dining, shopping, and walkability to other parts of the city. The written city tips in the unit, a plus to help decide what to do. Harold, the condo manager, was very gracious and helped with his suggestions.
