Renovated and updated corner Studio in the heart of Waikiki. We just added a full size refrigerator as well. 5 minute walk to International Marketplace as well as restaurants and shopping . Close to beach. Centrally located in Waikiki with easy access to Bus lines and shuttles. THIS UNIT COMES WITH PERSONAL ASSIGNED ON-SITE PARKING STALL WITH NO ADDITIONAL FEES. Finding parking in Waikiki can be very difficult so having an included parking stall can really make a difference.

A compact studio with all necessary conveniences parking lot included. The area is wonderful - 10 min by walk to Waikīkī beach.

Cute little place, safe neighborhood, free parking!!

Overall nice little spot. Nice to have a kitchen. Pleasant, safe neighborhood which is important to me. Bonus of free parking. Responsive host. On-site laundry. It’s Honolulu-pack your earplugs. Furnishings are in need of a few upgrades.

Pros: The location and parking included. Cons: it was a terrible experience, this place almost ruined our vacation. To start off, we were locked out of the apartment the first night, we contacted the host who thought it was funny to be locked out the apartment with a crying baby. However, the host being funny about us being locked out of the the place was not even a big deal, the owner of the place made things worse as she was rude and could not understand why the door was not opening and claimed she was at the rental place in the morning. The place itself is old and dirty. We spent part of the night cleaning, there was hair dirt everywhere and the floor was DIRTY. The worst part was the bed( I would not call that a bed but an old cot). The sheets were not only old but dirty, the decorative pillows were so dirty that it almost seemed as if they were taken out of the trashcan, I am being honest, it was disgusting. We could not sleep in those sheets and ended up buying sheets and towels. Please don't get misled by the pictures posted on Expedia or Vrbo, it is false advertising. The refrigerator was not working properly and we had to store our milk in the freezer. This place could be easily cleaned if they wanted and cared. I know it would have easier to contact the host and complain about all these issues but having heard how the owner communicates with paying clients, we decided to make the best of it as we could not cancel and it was our last stop in Hawaii.

Very unfortunate cancellation days before arrival. Complicated cancellation process. No direct link to the owner/contact person. No refund offer, not even taxes or cleaning fees. No communication from the property. . Communication a vital part in this situation so think twice before booking.

Great place to stay

Except for the fact the elevator was broken and we had to climb 4 flights of stairs a day we enjoyed our stay. The bathtub is small but lots of hot water, Murphy bed comfortable, couch ditto, small kitchen but efficient. Nice view of Ala Wai and animals swimming in same. Great communication with property manager who is quite personable. Would rent again.

I Like it. Was a easy parking and was close to chopping and the beach. The owner was quick to respond to our questions The unique thing was they have to pay more attention to clean better . The sheets bed had fibers of the mat.

Convenient location. Easy walk to beach and shops. Parking on site.

This unit suited our purpose well since we were attending a meeting that we drove to during the day and appreciated the close convenience to the beach, restaurants and fast food when the meeting was over.

perfectly fit my needs

While the furnishings won't win any awards, this condo got the important stuff done perfectly. The bathroom was outfitted with new towels, gleaming new fixtures, as well as tile so new the white grout was spotless. There was a thorough assortment of small appliances and quality cookware. The location couldn't have been better: close to a bus stop, high-end stores, and Waikiki Beach itself. Important to me as a single woman traveling alone, walking at night amongst so many other tourists felt totally safe in this location. The manager was a good communicator. I definitely want to stay here again when I return.

Everything you need and Cockroaches

This sweet little bungalo provides all the things you need at a slightly better price than hotels in the area...however I rated this 2 stars because on my first night in the place I opened the fridge and several cockroaches ran out from inside. Then later I saw another in the bathroom. I told the owner that I have an intense phobia of roaches and asked him to address the issue. He told me he would be there at a certain time and showed up hours late. When he stopped by, he placed 2 glue traps and said all of Hawaii has roaches but this is the first he's heard of them at this property. I asked him to provide additional trash bags so that I could bag up other food and prevent more bugs and he told me that he would provide them the next day but never provided any.

The location is great but the property needs help. A lot of street noise. Having a parking is great.

The unit is old and doesn't look clean. The patio door doesn't really open. Afraid to push. The oven door doesn't open. It maybe clean but gives the feeling it's not clean. The location is great and so is having a parking space. One of the days, there was no water for a while. It was when I was taking a shower too.

The room was very clean and safe :) I was nervous about staying by myself but even the tenants were kind. John is also super amazing and immediately answered my calls and messages and even came to help me at night when I was having troubles. Honestly, I can't recommend this place enough. Cute room, safe location, and an amazing host

Small studio condo right next to the river

Small condo that's good if you don't plan on spending a lot of time in it. Pros: affordable, safe, deep tub, easy to keep clean, great communication with property manager, has AC unit and a balcony, easy walk to food, shops and river. Cons: it's easy to hear outside noise. We could hear alarms throughout the night.

Excellent location!

This property is moments away from everything we wanted to find! It’s a great home base for our activities! We found parking at the Island Colony, just a block and a half away.
