Cabin was good. Host was poor.
We had numerous issues during our stay and it would take the host almost a full 24hrs to respond.1. I sent numerous requests for help with screen shots that the provided wifi password was incorrect. This was not a connectivity issue but the actual password being incorrect. Their 'help' was telling us that we shouldn't have issues since the local contact could connect. Thanks???2. Dryer was in a locked garage and the host didnt know the passcode. They sent us on a wild goose chase for a lock box to find a spare key. They could not describe where the lockbox was located??? Needless to say we had to air dry everything. They said they would reach out in the morning with information. Never did.3. Stated amenities were either not available or in the locked garage. When asked they simply said it was unavailable or sent us on the hunt for the lock box.4. No vaccuum cleaner or broom available for clean up throughout our stay. Couldve been in that locked garage...who knows?5. This may be just a personal complaint but most vrbo ive stayed in have things like salt/pepper, enough coffee to get you thru your first morning. This had none of that. Cabin was fine for our minimal needs but wont be staying at another property with this rental company.
