“The breakfast selection was pretty awesome -- just need more fresh fruit. The staff was friendly and helpful. When you're traveling with limited funds, it is troublesome to pay a $100 security fee on top of room fees. Required to have at registration to guarantee payment for damages to the unit. Responsible tenants would never consider being disrespectful to property and would likely benefit from that $100 in their pockets to use while there. I've never heard of such a thing.”

“staff very friendly and helpful. bathroom could use more grab bars. Be careful with the parking lot maintenance, some tar got stuck to our tires. Beautiful surroundings.”

“Could have been more clean. Floors needed vacuuming. The conditioner dispenser was empty and no tissues. Otherwise very comfortable.”

“First off the location in the Tuscan village was amazing, love the shops, restaurants all within walking distance. Staff, rooms, pool and fitness center were outstanding. My famliy and I loved our stay and will be back.”

“The staff here is super friendly, the room was very clean, iron and coffeemaker and hairdryer worked too! Bed was comfy and shower pressure was good. Variety of breakfast foods-warm and cold. The only negative is they charge a parking fee🤔”

“This hotel seems that it was recently remodeled. It was very clean, the room had all new furniture and fixtures. The only thing I would say is when remodeling hotel rooms... tubs should be replaced not sprayed w/ epoxy or paint. The coating was coming off on the tub itself so that would be my only compliment. Staff was friendly and the complimentary breakfast was good.”
