Clearwater Summit House was established as a Property Rental in 2020 and is new to VRBO but the home has been serving travelers for almost 5 years!

The townhome sits at the end of Clearwater Lane and allows for two (2) vehicles in the driveway. Limited additional parking can be found at the beginning of the neighborhood.

The townhome is a three-story home that utilizes split-leveling and gives the appearance of 5 levels:

5th (Top): Living room 1 - Floor-to-ceiling view of the Columbia Gorge and Mt. Adams (North). Includes a newly installed minisplit for independent, whisper-quiet cooling in the main living space.

4th: Primary entry point and half bath.

3rd: Primary bedroom (1) with private bath and upgraded shower. Also contains stacked washer/dryer on this level.

2nd: Bedroom 3 and Living room 2 (Potential "kids space").

1st: Primary bedroom (2) w/ private bath.

Two Wifi environments are available (one being more restricted / better for children) through the fastest residential fiber in Hood River. All rooms (except bdrm 3) have TVs that include access to an extensive media library (via Plex) and other smart tv options. Additionally, you'll find several board games and puzzles in the top floor closet if you prefer offline activities to bide your time when the wind is down.

Home Reliability: We've recently invested in a new water heater and a whole-house water regulator to ensure consistent performance and comfort for your entire group during your stay.

Laundry: Stacked Washer / Dryer available for personal use (detergent included).
