Hotel con piscina a Hoover

“This property was good— for a La Quinta. But for it to be rated by others as “9 Stars— Wonderful!” is a disservice. I expected/hoped to be surprised by a uniquely great experience, but wasn’t.”

“This was our 2nd time staying in this property. The host went above and beyond to accommodate us, as we were in town for a funeral. The property has everything you need and if you happened to forget anything… it’s there. Very clean, comfortable beds, close to restaurants and shopping. I’m certain we will return when in the area again!”

“Check in took a while. I’m not sure if the person at the desk was in training or not but they had to keep getting help from someone else. The rooms were clean and a decent size. The bed was comfortable. The air fresheners would almost knock you out! The air conditioner was so loud in my room that I could not hear the tv not matter how loud I turned it up. The positive side was that the AC cooled the room well all night. We did not eat the breakfast because neither of us eats processed foods....

“Our room was dirty, the refrigerator was broken. They did bring a new one but the inside was dirty and had hair in it. There was only 1 towel in our room for a family of 4 so we had to call and ask for more. The floor was dirty and sticky and there were no blankets or pillows for the pull out bed. The charging outlets didn’t work. Very disappointing especially for a Hyatt”

“Horrible checkin process….some problem with housekeeping, but no one was able to be checked in at 4…..huge pile up of ppl trying to get to a concert…..very frustrating plus no manager to assist…..”
