Cottage a Hope

“Clean room, nice staff”

“Sheets were not clean, had dirt marks on them. The clothes ironing board was broken. TV was all in foreign language and horrible quality. Staff had bad attitude. Was charged an additional $100 “deposit fee” when checking in although my ALREADY paid reservation total was said to have included all taxes and fees. “Everything was clean and well kept.”

“La struttura avrebbe bisogno di una rimodernata ma nel complesso soddisfa pienamente gli standard di pulizia e confort della camera (molto spaziosa e silenziosa). “Communication from the host was great! All amentities were amazing and location cant be beat! I would definitely stay with this host again in the future. ”

“The upstairs was extremely warm, but we were in an extreme hot spell. Had to run the AC at 70 a couple of hours before going to bed which made the downstairs cold.”

“Nothing high class or updated but it was a good stay.”

Staff was very helpful, extra towels. Anything we needed every time we walked by the front desk coming and going we were asked again, how everything was, if there needed...

“Convient location. Clean room. Breakfast ready as promised.”
