Splendida 6 CAMERE DA LETTO / 6 BAGNI La casa con vista sull'oceano può ospitare fino a 12 bambini inclusi (oltre 1 anno di età). La nostra casa Oceanfront Southern Cross è stata progettata appositamente per il piacere della tua vacanza. Oltre 3000 piedi quadrati di OCEAN FRONT beach vivono al suo meglio con 35 piedi sulla spiaggia in piscina a terra e ampi terrazzi.
Goditi i piaceri delle vacanze a casa nostra! L'estate del 2015 è stata la nostra estate inaugurale - partecipa alla prenotazione per questa casa di alto livello - Southern Cross of Abacos a Elbow Cay Hopetown.

POSIZIONE :

La nostra casa si trova in posizione centrale sull'isola di Elbow Cay, sulle rive oceaniche di White Sound, molto vicino al molo pubblico di White Sound che si trova in fondo alla strada da casa nostra.

Southern Cross offre accesso diretto alla spiaggia - Cammina a pochi passi dalla nostra spiaggia. Spiagge di sabbia bianca e dune lussuose circondano la casa. Siamo solo un po 'più in basso rispetto al punto caldo "surf" dell'isola, se le onde sono buone vedrai alcuni surfisti con le loro tavole. Puoi anche raggiungere a piedi l'Abaco Inn dalla spiaggia o dal lato della strada. La famosa spiaggia di Tahiti si trova a breve distanza da golf cart, così come la Marina di Hopetown / lightouse. Southern Cross ha la comodità di avere il negozio di alimentari in fondo alla strada e, oltre a qualche locale da asporto per barbecue e opzioni per la cena, abbiamo anche un generatore automatico. L'accesso WiFi gratuito è incluso nel noleggio.


CARATTERISTICHE:

Siamo una delle poche case vacanza sull'isola di avere 6 camere da letto con letto king size e 6 bagni privati! Non è bello andare in vacanza con poche coppie e avere il proprio bagno privato?

Nuota nella nostra oasi di piscina di acqua salata di 35 piedi con vista sull'oceano con ampi decking e doccia esterna, rilassati e rilassati al sole e goditi la brezza dell'oceano! Questa non è una piccola piscina per bambini! La piscina ha decking estesi e molti mobili da giardino e salotti ,,, decking aggiuntivo di fronte all'oceano arroccato sulla cima di dune per ulteriore divertimento e intrattenimento con vista sull'oceano.

Aree abitative a più piani. Southern Cross ha un tavolo da ping pong, un nuovo tapis roulant, una TV diretta e un divano componibile. Apparecchiature stereo, dvd, giochi da tavolo per famiglie e giochi da spiaggia sono anche a casa .... Molte opzioni ricreative e di fitness offerte ,,,, Abbiamo anche un grande gioco Jenga Block.

Il nostro cortile ha spazio per attività ricreative all'aperto che include un campo da pallavolo / Soccer / LAX / Bocce Ball!

Wi-Fi gratuito e generatore automatico sono forniti per l'uso ,,, Naturalmente offriamo anche aria condizionata centralizzata. Permettiamo ai nostri inquilini di accedere alla nostra lavanderia - lavatrice e asciugatrice sono incluse per il vostro uso. Ci siamo concentrati su appuntamenti di fascia alta che aggiungono un tocco speciale per far risaltare questa casa come un vincitore.

La nostra cucina è completamente attrezzata e ha un grande tavolo da pranzo per ospitare tutti durante la cena.

Conoscete il detto "è tutto sulle Viste"? Bene, questo definisce Southern Cross, in quanto vi sono molte viste sull'oceano da più aree della nostra casa, comprese le viste sul Mare di Abaco a ovest! Southern Cross è una casa a due piani con decking su entrambi i livelli.

Abbiamo progettato questa casa per le tue esigenze di vacanza, rilassati sul nostro piano di calpestio coperto multi livello esterno. Semplifichiamo la vista sull'oceano dal soggiorno, dalla sala da pranzo e dalle camere da letto. Nessuna torre delle vedove da scalare per vedere i nostri panorami ,,,

La casa è composta da 2 piani di oltre 3.000 piedi quadrati di spazio abitativo a flusso libero ben progettato. La nostra casa ha un arredamento eclettico sulla spiaggia con un tocco moderno.

Piano superiore: cucina, soggiorno, sala da pranzo, 2 bagni / 2 bagni:

Il livello superiore ospita la spaziosa cucina progettata per una folla in mente.! Tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici, i ripiani in pietra di Terrazzo bianco con mobili dai colori intensi e intensi. Illuminazione decorativa Pendent, ,,, sala da pranzo con un grande tavolo in legno spazioso che può ospitare 12+ PLUS, abbiamo posti a sedere per 4 al bancone. Frullatore, tostapane, forno a microonde, sistema di filtrazione dell'acqua, macchina per il ghiaccio, lavastoviglie, fornello a gas, frigorifero side-by-side con distributore di acqua ,,,, nessun dettaglio lasciato inutilizzato ,,, Abbiamo anche un barbecue a propano per le vostre esigenze grigliate.

Il soggiorno ha una vista panoramica sull'oceano e sul mare di Abaco. Il salotto è comodo e spazioso. Abbiamo un grande divano componibile che può ospitare 8-10 persone. La Smart TV a schermo piatto da 54 pollici è montata a parete e offre Direct TV. L'accesso al ponte è appena fuori dalla sala da pranzo. wifi gratuito è fornito.

Tutte le pareti della nostra casa hanno pannelli in legno bianco e pavimenti piastrellati. Siamo orgogliosi di offrire una casa pulita con appuntamenti di alto livello. Non abbiamo moquette ,,,, Tutta la nostra casa è piastrellata con un pavimento che dà l'aspetto del legno della spiaggia in difficoltà ... aggiungendo al nostro tema di vita da spiaggia ...

Biancheria da letto di design con lenzuola bianche e trapunte matlesse, cuscini da spiaggia a colori vivaci a tema spiaggia, tutte le camere da letto dispongono di trattamenti per finestre.

We had a fantastic stay at Southern Cross. The layout of the house is fantastic. The view was amazing and so great to get back from a long day on the boat and get in the pool. The central location of the house made getting around the island so easy. The host and caretakers were very responsive with any questions.

We were so excited to be there. We go every year. Unfortunately there was quite a few problems the 1st three days we were there. The biggest was that there was no generator. We had to help family members find accommodation bc it was just too hot and with no electricity and water it was quite miserable. I’m super disappointed about this because of the amount you pay the generator should be checked and maintained at all times. Of course after they figured out how to keep the electricity on it was a great place to be. The location is great, the beach is beautiful and beds were very comfy. I so wish we could’ve started off a lil better. Caroline was great also.

Our large group enjoyed our time in Elbow Cay at Southern Cross. The caretaker and property owner/assistant were beyond helpful in ensuring our stay was enjoyable. The property was in a great location for all of our needs. The oven had some issues, but the owner assured us he was working to correct them. During our stay, we discovered a shower leak. The caretaker immediately addressed the issue, but sadly it couldn’t be fixed during our stay. Thankfully, the property has ample bedrooms and showers, so we were just fine. Southern Cross is a great property for families or groups of friends!

The property was not in a good condition.There is a major safety issue with a 3rd story porch and staircase with no pickets under the handrail.The power on the island went out once or twice a day.The house advertises a generator but it didn’t work. We had multiple suppers that we had to change plans because the power was out and the generator wouldn’t run.This caused us a lot of issues with meals and showers as the water is all through a pump, so no power-no water. The pool and deck doesn’t look like the pictures.While we were there, we ran out of propane, so we had to find a tank to swap to be able to cook dinner. In the kitchen, there was a cabinet door falling off the hinges. The built in showers are so narrow, you can barely turn around in them. The water pump could barely support a shower or two at a time. We had to take turns showering to have enough water to get the soap off. Most of the beds were uncomfortable. To sum it up, the house looks like it has had no maintenance done to it in years. I contacted the owner on the 3rd day to explain the difficulty we were having and he only made excuses for how bad the Bahamian people are to do work. I asked for a rate concession based on all the issues, instead they charged our deposit for a broken fixture that was broken when we got there. The house is not worth the price they charge.

Yes. This place has a backup generator. The generator works. The automated cutover to generator did not. So long time with no lights, A/C, or water when commercial power fails. The guy eventually showed up to manually cutover.

We were very impressed by owners quick response to questions and making sure we were all set for a great stay! We appreciated the team meeting us and transporting our luggage for us. Caretaker was very responsive to our needs also!

We had a fantastic week staying at Southern Cross! This beach front house is the perfect location. It is steps from Mackey’s an all around great spot with fresh baked bread and bakery items, gourmet coffee, as well as lunch and dinner take away items- and can’t forget ice cream! Walk or take the golf cart to Abaco Inn and Seaspray for drinks or lunch/dinner. Very short golf cart ride to Firefly or On Da Beach for drinks or meal. The kitchen is well stocked with all cooking essentials and it was nice to have a good supply of spices for your use. The beds were super comfy and it was terrific that each bedroom has its own bath. The home has 2 sets of washers and dryers, and 2 refrigerators which was great. Caroline, the house manager, was very responsive to every need or question. Fabulous stay- would highly recommend!

Wonderful location on this small island. Docked our boat at Sunset Marina and had access to everything on our agenda. Property management was easy to reach. Just a wonderful experience for such an adventurous area. Plenty of restaurants on this island too.

This was our families first visit to Hope Town and Southern across was the perfect home for the week! There was ample space for our group and there’s nothing like waking up to the ocean in your backyard! The team was very attentive and ensured that our trip was an A+. I highly recommend staying at Southern Cross on your trip to Hope Town!

Excellent week at Southern Cross! Great location with easy access to Firefly, Abaco Inn and Sunset Marina. Quick cart ride to stores and Hopetown. House is spacious with everything you need. Excellent view of Atlantic and nice pool to cool off in after a day on the water!

The views from this house are unbelievable! It was a perfect house for a group of six couples. You just can’t beat 6 rooms, all with king beds and all with bathrooms! We had so much fun with a volleyball tournament in the front yard. Location of this house is excellent! Communication with property owner and on-site caregiver for exceptional.

Our family of 11 had a wonderful time at Southern Cross on Elbow Cay! The spacious, well-equipped house with 6 master bedrooms was perfect for our large group. The views were stunning and the house is in a perfect location near the Abaco Inn, Firefly Resort, Mackeys, grocery stores, boat dock and a quick golf cart ride to Hope Town. Mike is an exceptional host and he made sure everything was perfect during our stay! We can't wait to return!!

My husband and I stayed here with a group of friends and it was perfect. We have stayed in multiple properties on Hope Town but this one had the best views. Stunning 365 degree views from the kitchen/living area. The pool and beach access (mostly private beach) was an added bonus. It was also nice how every couple had their own king size bed and bathroom. We will definitely be back at Southern Cross!!

Great house, great location. House had everything you needed. We cooked most meals in because of long days on the water. We really enjoyed our time at this home. Grill wasn’t working and Mike made sure it was working again a very short time after. Mike is very attentive and wanted to make sure we fully enjoyed our stay. Can’t wait to come back.

My brother and I planned a pre-Christmas trip with our families and Southern Cross was everything we hoped for. There were 9 of us total and the young adults enjoyed the island, house and surrounding area as much as we did. Mike and his on the ground team (from pick up at MHH airport to Jean on the island) made our transition seamless. We would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to get away.

We had a great week with our group of 9 at Southern Cross! Great location, outstanding views, short cart ride to two of the better restaurants in town (Abaco Inn, Firefly). Owner Mike Shields was extremely accommodating, referring us to great folks to help our stay - cab driver, boat rentals, restaurants - and was very helpful with the Covid protocols. We had a couple minor glitches with the house that he very quickly resolved, and he was in touch constantly and sincerely wanted to make sure we had a great experience. We are veterans of VRBO properties all over and regulars at Elbow Cay, and this stay ranks as high as any. Definitely recommend!
