Sitting at night and watching the birds on the canal was so peaceful and relaxing. While being close enough to Lyme Park and Lyme House - (Jane Austen would approve) and Chatsworth etc the truly grand homes we shopped and cooked as there was everything we needed to stay in and enjoy our stay. “The property was reasonably priced and as advertised. The manager was helpful as I was stupid, groggy, tired after camping and a long hike with my daughter upon approaching the property. The property manager really helped us out. I also met the cleaner of the property one of the most real and down to earth people you could ever meet. Who definitely deserves a pay rise, even more so when cleaning up after people like me. All positive notes, there's nothing negative that I could even make up....
