Cottage a Hope Valley

“Property was very nicely decorated with a cosy feel with contemporary fixtures and fittings. Location was great - nice and rural, but close to Tideswell and Monsel Head. In the couple of days we were there we visited Bakewell, Hathersage and walked Castleton and Mam Tor. We love the area and would certainly stay here again. ”

“The Old Dairy was as advertised and the farm itself is very pretty. The location is well situated in the Peak and easy to get to various towns and walks. Getting back and forth to Sheffield is under 30 minutes as well. The host was very communicative and when we left a jumper behind - posted it back to us the next day. We would definitely return to the farm.”

“Location was excellent for walks, Castleton centre, pubs & restaurants. The cottage is very small but fine for two people & a dog. The log burner is great but no wood or matches are provided. The little kitchen area has everything you need although there isn’t any space for prepping food. The stairs are very steep. The bed is extremely comfortable & we slept really well. Both the bedroom & bathroom are great, although there is a step up to the shower which is quite precarious. The cottage was...
