“Sign by dining room listed its hours of operation for all 3 daily meals, but when we came by for dinner well within the listed time frame, there was literally nobody around anywhere. There was no indication that it might only be certain days or by reservation only, in fact it's listed as a full public restaurant on their website, with public menu visible, we'd even planned what we wanted to order. And it was a Friday night, so even if they were only open some days, surely they'd be open for...

“Staff friendly and helpful.”

“Our room had no heat. We shivered all night. When we complained to front desk, the maintenance man said he knew about lack of heat in that room. He said, and I paraphrase, “ I did what (name)said to do yesterday, but it didn’t work.”. So, someone knew room was uninhabitable , but it was rented anyway. Terrible breach of good business practice. Front desk re-funded us 10%. What a farce. With such an essential aspect of the room being so deficient, all other issues are irrelevant.”

“Great choices for the breakfast, clean rooms. Lobby has welcoming seating and lounging sofas. Beds were comfortable and sheets were soft. Only complaints are: the quality of the tissue and toilet paper - thin and not soft. Water pressure low and terrible picture image on TV due to low bandwidth. ”
