“Checkin staff was super nice. Room was ok for the price and area. It’s a bit outdated and run down. Bed was ok and bath/shower was fine. AC unit was not the best but manageable. ”

“I enjoyed my stay. I was just disappointed because the pool was closed and that wasn’t listed on the site and was my main reason for picking this hotel but other than that . It was clean, staff was friendly, loved the fact that it had turkey bacon as a breakfast option because I don’t eat pork and most hotels I have stayed at only have pork as a break meat option, I also like that the soaps and lotions in room were dove products. “The stay at Waynesbrook was a wonderful trip. Originally my reservation was to stay in King Suite, however, I received a phone call before check in, informing me the jacuzzi tub was out of service, and offered my reservation to change over to the Queen Suite, this was fine. I appreciated the communication. During the stay the elevator was out of service, causing any time leaving room had to use the stairs.
