“Parking was fine and the room was nice. The man at check in was very rude by asking multiple questions after i asked him one and wouldn't answer me until i answered him. Then they added charges after i left and when called to ask why they said they didnt see the charge on their end. ”

The person at the front desk was disrespectful, the phone in the room didn’t work had a negative attitude, and seemed annoyed that we arrived early. There was no greeting or welcoming attitude. Every request was met with resistance, and he repeatedly said he couldn’t help us without offering any alternatives. He came across as argumentative and unprofessional throughout the interaction.
