Accommodation description:
A beautiful apartment in a quiet neighbourhood of Hopfgarten im Brixental. The location is fantastic, both in summer and winter due to its proximity to ski resorts 5 car minutes away. After a busy day in the mountains, plop down in the large living room where you can relax before starting another day full of activities. There is also a private terrace. You have come to the right place for a combination of an active and relaxing holiday!
There are 2 ski areas in the area, one of which is one of the largest in Austria. And the best part? Both are only about 5 minutes away by car!

In summer the region offers numerous lakes, hiking trails, swimming pools and mountain railways
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
Kitzbühler Alpen Gästekarte is included with stay from January to December

Tolle FeWo, super Lage!

Die FeWo war sehr schön und ideal für eine Familie mit drei Kindern. Es hätte sogar noch ein 4. Kind Platz gehabt. Die Lage der FeWo für Ausflüge ist ideal. Ellmau, Söll, Scheffau, Brixen, Westendorf und natürlich Hopfgarten. Auch die Wildschönau mit Niederau, Oberau ist schnell erreichbar.

Wohnung war absolut top. Leider ist, aufgrund der umliegenden Bebauung ein Bergblick quasi nicht vorhanden.

Keurige, ruime woning.

Ruime badkamers. Fijne keuken met veel keukengerei. Heel schoon! Gezellige woonkamer met voldoende zitruimte. Enige minpuntje betreft De 4 persoonskamer: bedden erg hard, niet comfortabel. Andere tip: eigen kussen meenemen en sneeuwkettingen!

Schöne Ferienwohnung oberhalb von Hopfgarten

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sehr nett eingerichtet und groß genug für 5-6 Personen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. In der Beschreibung fehlt ein Text, dass auf der Zufahrtsstraße im Winter Schneeketten erforderlich sind. Zum Glück hatten wir welche dabei. Leider wurde bei dem sehr starken Schneefall während unseres Aufenthaltes die Zufahrt zum Parkplatz (steil bergauf) nicht regelmäßig vom Schnee geräumt, so dass wir selbst mit Winterreifen und Ketten teilweise nicht den Parkplatz nutzen konnten. Ärgerlich war, dass uns eine regelmäßige Räumung zugesagt wurde, diese dann aber nicht erfolgt ist. Da Parken auf der Straße ebenfalls nicht möglich war, hatten wir große Probleme, das Auto abzustellen, und teilweise Ärger mit den Nachbarn. Trotz allem ein schöner Aufenthalt, und bei normalen Wetterverhältnissen ist die Wohnung auch empfehlenswert.

Super Urlaub, eher aber für Familien!

Die Erreichbarkeit des Ortes Hopfgarten ist ausgezeichnet. 1 Stunde Fahrtzeit hinter der deutschen Grenze und wir waren am Ziel. Das Haus selber ist ebenfalls gut gelegen. Umgeben von einigen Häusern befindet es sich auf dem Grafenweg, welcher nur maximal 5 Minuten vom Skilift in Hopfgarten entfernt liegt. Der Salvenblick wird allerdings durch ein anderes Haus ein wenig beschränkt. Trotz des beschränkten Blickes gibt es über die Ferienwohnung an sich nur gutes zu berichten. Großzügig aufgeteilte Zimmer mit genug Platz für 6 Personen auf einer Etage, was uns zunächst irritiert hat, da wir in der Annahme angereist sind, das ganze Haus für uns zu haben. Jedoch befinden sich zwei Wohnungen in dem Haus. Nicht nur die zweite Wohnung im Haus, sondern auch die leicht reizbaren Nachbarn reduzieren die Privatsphäre ein wenig. Das Skigebiet Skiwelt Wilderkaiser ist wie der Name schon sagt eher eine Welt als ein Gebiet. An Pistenkilometer mangelt es nicht, jedoch vielleicht manchmal am Schnee, was vielleicht auch an der vgl. geringen Höhenlage liegt. Dennoch war trotz der Abwesenheit von Neuschnee genug zum Fahren da, auch wenn die Ski nach dem Fahren lieber sofort zum Service gebracht werden. Aprés Ski mäßig ist war ebenfalls ein wenig Luft nach oben. Zusammenfassend kann man sagen, dass es sich bei dem Objekt und den Gebiet um eine top Angelegenheit handelt, wenn man denn eher mit der Familie unterwegs ist oder die Ruhe sucht. Für junge Leute eignet es sich weniger. Dennoch war es ein super Urlaub!
