“Since it's a large corporate property my expectation was that it would be similar to other properties that stayed. However it was quite surprising to see some type of soil stain on the bedspread, and the tiles in the bathroom coming up from the floor. But the next morning when it was time to take a shower, I was surprised to see that the shower head was not mounted to the wall just hanging like a hand shower. There was no place to put in to take a shower so I had to hold on to it the whole time....

“The property is downtown so that was really easy. The room was quite clean. Staff were helpful. Some of the food could be improved upon. The buffet breakfast was not wonderful and bar food was adequate. It would be great if they employed a Chef that was a bit more modern.
We also tried to find a charging station for our rental vehicle which was electric and the staff was unsure how to direct us.
I would say it's a good property for the area.”

“Room was clean except for a huge stain on the bedsheet. The sheet was clean, but the stain was disturbing. Staff, especially in the morning were excellent. My husband and I flew in on a Wednesday night, and the shuttle picked the rest of my family up in the morning and brought them to the hotel. I would definitely stay here again if the stained sheet gets addressed.”
