Come and relax at the Refuge at beautiful Reelfoot Lake!

  • The Refuge is the perfect weekend getaway on beautiful Reelfoot Lake. She has excellent views of the sunset, great fishing, hunting and birdwatching opportunities. There are several restaurants and public boat ramps and fishing piers as close as 1/4 mile from the Refuge.

    The Refuge is a clean, neat single-wide mobile home situated directly across from a cove of the lake with native grasses and cypress trees framing the lake like a picture out of a magazine. The porch overlooks the lake toward the west which makes for excellent sunset views. One of the bedrooms faces the lake too which allows you to enjoy the sunsets in the comfort of air conditioning or heated space.

    The Reelfoot Lake area boasts plenty of great restaurants, fantastic wildlife viewing, lake tours, guided fishing and hunting opportunities and is located approximately 20 miles from the famous Discovery Park in Union City, TN.

    Come stay with us at the Refuge and enjoy the breathtaking views that nature has to offer at Reelfoot Lake. The Refuge sleeps 7 and is one of the best values in lodging per person the lake has to offer.

Real foot refuge was a really nice place to stay , and they were really nice to work withWe are in Missouri, family.We had a really great time and wanting to do this again the neighbors were awesome, very friendly in kind.The real foot like visiting center.The pontoon ride was a very great experience.We encourage you to take the pontoon ride if abelThere is a really nice eating place.Not too far from it called boytts really great, catfish.

Great view of the lake sitting on the covered deck ..There were 4 guys fishing, sleeps 7 with 2 full bathrooms and a well stocked kitchen….check in and out was very easy … highly recommended and will definitely stay there again , close to great places to eat as well …….

We loved The Refuge. We just came down for a weekend fishing trip with our boys, But it would be so perfect for someone who wants to come down with a group of friends, as there's plenty of twin beds. We loved it and would definitely stay again.

The carpets need to be replaced, you could smell pet urine from the carpets. Also there was an issue in the kitchen with ants coming out from the floors. So sorry to give such a negative report, but that was our experience.

Great For Our Fishing Trip

Great location, we saw a beautiful sunset from the porch! Perfect for family fishing trip. Teenage boys were very happy with their rooms. All very clean and well stocked. Will definitely stay here again!

Great!

Property was clean and well kept. The kitchen was stocked with everyday cooking pans/utensils. Beds were very comfortable! We had severe weather during our stay and the host was very helpful in making sure we stayed safe. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
