The open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area is both spacious and cosy, featuring exposed beams and brick columns that retain the barn’s original character. Natural light floods the room through three sets of bi-fold doors, which open onto a private patio and large lawn, perfect for alfresco dining or just enjoying the tranquil surroundings.
Whether you're hosting a special occasion or simply gathering for a group getaway, the dining table can be arranged to seat up to 18 people comfortably. The fully-equipped kitchen features a large range cooker, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, and all the essentials for preparing meals for your group.
For added comfort in the cooler months, the underfloor heating downstairs and a cozy wood-burning stove ensure The Hayloft stays warm and inviting, while the upper floor is heated by radiators and heated towel rails in the bathrooms.

The Hayloft sleeps up to 6 guests across three ensuite bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for comfort and privacy.
Downstairs Double Bedroom: This spacious room features a double bed dressed in luxurious Egyptian cotton bedding, built-in wardrobes, bedside tables with reading lamps, and an ensuite wet room with a walk-in shower, vanity unit, and heated towel rail.
Upstairs Twin Room: The second bedroom, located to the left of the oak gallery, is a flexible space with twin beds that can be zipped together to form a super king-size bed. A new window provides views across the countryside, and the ensuite includes a walk-in shower, vanity unit, and heated towel rail.
Master Bedroom: The master suite, located above the kitchen, offers a super king-size bed (also convertible to twin beds), a Juliet balcony, and plenty of storage. The ensuite bathroom boasts a freestanding bath, walk-in shower, vanity unit, and heated towel rail, creating a spa-like atmosphere for ultimate relaxation.

We do kindly ask that dogs remain downstairs and off the furniture.
