“Sehr freundliches, nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr saubere Zimmer, das ganze Hotel ist sehr sauber einschließlich der Außenanlage mit Parkplatz. Sehr leckeres und reichhaltiges Frühstück in einem schönen, großen Frühstückraum. Sehr gemütliches, schön eingerichtetes Zimmer. Ich fühle mich sehr wohl in dem Hotel und freue mich schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt im Hotel Varnsdorf.”

“Das Schlosshotel hat ein gutes Restaurant, ein super gutes Frühstück und einen schönen Schlosspark. Wir haben das Schlosshotel als Startpunkt unserer Oder-Neiße Radtour gewählt, weil wir für die Dauer unserer Radreise auf dem Hotelparkplatz unser kostenfrei abstellen könnten. Wie wir bei unseren anderen Hotelanfragen festgestellt haben ist das leider keine Selbstverständlichkeit. Wenn wir unsere Radtour beenden, werden wir ganz sicher wieder im Schlosshotel nächtigen.”

“The reason we chose to stay at this place was the falsely advertised picture of the property. They are using Falcon's Nest as their cover image. In reality, it's a different property. We arrived in Hrensko and couple of hours before the check-in I received an email sayin that due to technical difficulties, they could not accommodate us. “Ok hotel but the ladies at the check-in desk are just dry. No courtesy, no smile, no love. You will ve threated and feel like goods. We arrived 50 mins before check-in time and wanted just to register our ids, didn’t need the room yet. One lday was ln the phone speaking faster than a F1, while the other said she was really busy and pointed us to their restaurant. We decided to take again the car and go for a trip.
