floors.

On the first floor, a modern living area with a cozy sitting area and
an integrated dining area awaits you. Adjacent to this is the fully equipped
kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a cozy sitting area.
The modern, natural-light-filled bathroom with a shower and toilet was completely renovated in 2021 and
now shines in new splendor. There is also an additional guest restroom.

A staircase with easy access leads you to the upper floor, where two
cozy bedrooms with double box-spring beds, storage space, and a smart TV await you
