“We were a party of four couples. Three had an ensuite bedroom, whilst the fourth couple had a separate upstairs area with their own private toilet and access to their own shower room at the bottom of their staircase. The owner was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions (before and after I booked). The beautiful house and location worked perfectly for a group of mature adults. We had everything we needed for a great weekend break.”

“Good base for getting to all the shops and sites in Brighton. A bit small and cosy but was fine for 5 people. Not enough seating areas for more. Need to be aware you are next to a very busy road so will hear lots of people walking past and traffic noise but fine for a short break.”

“This property provided the perfect place to host a hen party weekend for 18 people. The rooms are all perfectly sized and the communal areas are perfect for hen games and pre-drinks. The house is easy to find and is in with easy walking distance of the pier and other amenities. I would highly recommend for large groups.”

“The 16c house is quaint with sloping walls and floors, original beams and inglenook fireplaces. Sympathetically renovated with lovely quality finishing. The garden pretty, with lots of spring bulbs emerging and colourful chickens in a stable supplying fresh, warm eggs. Jonathan was the perfect host - attentive, thoughtful and generous. I used the pool, as yet unheated, for invigorating cold water dips, thawing out in a lovely, hot roll-top bath after with a view of the trees. Plentiful dog...

Fortunately I brought my own in-cup reusable filter. Depending on your client base you might want to reconsider. I'm English, and I was surprised. “We booked two apartments for a family stay as we were attending the Hampton Court Palace Festival. The location was great (two mile walk or quick Uber ride) for the festival. The apartments were clean and we managed to get parking in the apartment car park. If we hadn't got free parking there was a public car park right opposite with loads of spaces so parking not an issue. Check in as at the Crown Plaza hotel just down the road so you need to factor that in to your plans but it wasn't a huge...
