Around the harbor, you’ll find cozy cafes and restaurants, while various museums and cultural attractions offer fascinating insights into the history and life along the North Sea. The vacation rental is also a great starting point for excursions in the surrounding area. Explore Husum Bay, enjoy walks and bike rides along the North Sea coast, or discover the diverse landscape of North Frisia. Thanks to the excellent transportation connections, other popular destinations in the region are also easily accessible.

Amenities
The approximately 80 m² barrier-free vacation apartment on the first floor offers you a comfortable and spacious home. The heart of the apartment is the spacious, open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. A large corner sofa set, a cozy hanging chair, and the wood-burning stove (firewood not provided) create the perfect setting for relaxing. A wall-mounted TV provides entertainment. Large windows and the door to the outdoor area let plenty of natural light into the room.

The modern kitchen offers plenty of counter space and storage and is equipped with, among other things, a stovetop, oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, and a refrigerator and freezer. Adjacent to the kitchen is the inviting dining area with a large table, a bench, and several chairs—ideal for shared meals and social evenings.

From the living area, you have direct access to the spacious, covered patio. Furnished with a large dining table, several seating options, and a beach chair, it offers a sheltered spot for relaxing in the fresh North Sea air. A grill is also available for cozy evenings. The adjacent, fully fenced-in outdoor area provides additional privacy.

The bright and spacious bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (180 × 200 cm), and its maritime motifs evocatively reflect the property’s proximity to the North Sea. A dresser, storage space, coat hooks, and a cozy armchair provide additional comfort and space for your personal belongings. A sleeper sofa and an extra bed (120 × 200 cm) are also available.

The bright bathroom is equipped with a spacious, walk-in shower, a toilet, and a sink with a large mirror. Practical cabinets provide additional storage space for your toiletries.

Special Features
In our non-smoking apartment, we are happy to provide you with free Wi-Fi. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are available for your exclusive use. Dogs are also welcome. A private parking space is located right next to the accommodation. A spacious communal garden with a large lawn, slide, climbing frame, and soccer goal offers plenty of room to play and run around. An initial set of bed linens and towels is required and is already included in the final price.

Note: During the summer months, a shared outdoor pool is available to all guests of the property. Please note that no lifeguard service is provided. Children and anyone who cannot swim safely may use the pool only under the constant and direct supervision of an adult companion. The responsibility for supervision lies with the parents, legal guardians, or responsible accompanying adults. The pool is available only seasonally. Depending on weather conditions, maintenance needs, or for safety reasons, use may be temporarily restricted or unavailable.

The “Land & Meer” vacation complex in Husum-Schauendahl comprises four spacious vacation apartments. Its quiet location on the outskirts of Husum offers an ideal starting point for excursions to the port city, the North Sea coast, and through the diverse landscape of North Frisia.

The apartments, which vary in size, can accommodate up to four or eight people and feature cozy living areas, well-equipped kitchens, and comfortable sleeping arrangements. Two apartments are designed to be accessible. Depending on the accommodation, guests have access to a private terrace, a balcony, a fenced-in outdoor area, or a wood-burning stove.

Dogs are welcome. Each apartment comes with a private parking space. The large communal garden, complete with playground equipment and a soccer goal, offers plenty of space for families and groups traveling together.

During the summer months, guests can also use the communal outdoor pool. Use of the pool is unsupervised and may be restricted depending on weather conditions, maintenance, or for safety reasons.
