Casa Volta do Mar in Porto Pim, Horta

A lovingly restored fisherman’s cottage located in the sought after bay of Porto Pim, with a stunning multi-levelled garden up the side of Monte Queimado, boasting views of the beach to the right and to the left, the bustling harbour of Horta. This cottage is the perfect place for couples to stay to enjoy the beauty of the natural landscape within the city of Horta.
As you enter the cottage there is a large open plan living area with stylish kitchen, comfortable living area and dining table with views onto the colourful courtyard. The bedroom, like the rest of the house, has tall open ceilings and large comfortable wooden bed. As you walk out the back door the garden is split into five areas: a traditional Portuguese courtyard that leads up to sun terrace with sofa and dining area. Next you enter a flower garden in the middle of the garden. As you start to climb the stairs their is a small rockery and finally at the top of the garden their is a lounging and relaxing space.
