“The room was warm when I entered. I raised the temperature a bit more to where I like it. It was clean, and the bathroom/shower facilities were newer. The desk agent was pleasant and later helped me to understand how the remote worked. (Every room I stay in seems to have a different remote)! I would absolutely stay there again.”

“The restaurant was fast and efficient, the waitress were friendly and polite, and the food was great, only one thing I wasn’t impressed with was the shower was not hot enough, the water was Luke warm . ”

“The room was nice and clean with a bathtub which is getting hard to find in the ultra-modern hotels. It is just across the street from Tim Hortons and Wendy's. Outside it was extremely cold but my room was warm and toasty. The manager was happy to help in any way. I looked and looked but nothing compared in price and quality for my two-week stay. Now I'm thinking a month. Renfrew has all kinds of shopping and great restaurants. I'm very happy. 👍 Victoria ”
