“Unfortunately this stay was not enjoyable at all. The place overall is very run down, the bed is an old springy bed with huge "roll together" and so soft you end up touching the base. The air conditioning didn't work, the windows hardly open at all due to security reasons and the room was stifling hot and very stuffy which resulted in next to no sleep. She would have been stunning in her day, but it's long, long gone. Not worth the money.”

“Booked for parents to celebrate fathers 80th. Accomadated a last minute change to more accessible room and late afternoon food. They both really enjoyed stay and could not say enough about quality of staffing and overall experience!”

“I'm the same person who rated 5,0 below, few months ago. I was so entusiasthic right then that I decided to stay again in this hotel despite I was going to drive 45 minutes the day after. I was wrong, this time I had a complete different experience. The bathroom this time was molding and old, i got 3 towels 1 large and 2 small, the large one I had to use in the pool because they had none to give me and one of the two small was dirty. Not cool. The food made me wonder if they have changed cook or...

“The front of house staff were nice and helpful but obviously it was under staffed. We waited over an hour to have our plates removed at dinner and we're then told the kitchen was shut so desert wasn't available, we booked for 7.30pm. This is my 3rd stay at the hotel and it was very disappointing.”
