“I liked the cleanliness of the property and my room. Check in and check out were easy. Location was great. Breakfast was okay. Liked that there was coffee and tea available throughout the day. It would have been nice if water had been available throughout the day as well with cups or the availability to fill a water bottle.”

“The air conditioner kept making popping noises all night and made sleeping impossible. The tv kept going in and out. After 6 hour drive 30 minutes of tv would have been good.
The thermostat was so bright. It felt like a light house.
Definitely the worst hotel we have stayed in, in the last 10 years.”

“Television did not work, and the toilet was broken. We had to fix the toilet on our own. When we first checked in staff was friendly and accommodating. Near the end of our trip, the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. The front desk staff acted like they didn’t want to be there.”

“Arrived to check-in and there was only one host at reception. She seemed very uncertain while helping the guests in front of me in line. It took her an hour to help them. Then when she started helping me it took 30 minutes. I am disabled and requested a accessable room. I was put in a room on the 2nd floor at the complete end of four hallways, next to the stairwell and as far away as possible from the elevator. “We had bugs in the bed blood in the sheets nasty smell in the refrigerator and nasty mildew smell in the bathroom . I barely didn’t want to shower we had to cut out stay short because of the bed and leave in the middle of the night due to no extra rooms. The breakfast was the only thing decent they had and barely that . The elevators barely worked and this is by far the worst hotel i ever stayed in. The staff manager at check in was rude and had an attitude as well. ”
