And after contacting the property directly, I am told that this could have been resolved very easily, but because of the ineptitude of agents at hotels.com, it was not! Therefore, this was my last reservation through hotels.com! ”

“The property was easy to find and check in was easy. I’ve never seen a property so stocked with supplies from laundry detergent, medications, towels, toys, baby supplies, etc. My only complaint would be it was listed as air conditioned, but there’s only a small, old window unit in one of the bedrooms and in the living room. The other two rooms had fans, but it was pretty warm. Cool to wake up and go sit by the river though. ”
