“We normally stay at the older Sandman, but decided to splurge and try the Sandman Signature for three nights for my husband’s birthday weekend. Unfortunately, the stay didn’t live up to the price.
The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly both at check-in and check-out. When we mentioned our concerns at checkout, they said they would pass them along to the manager, which we appreciated.
However, the bathroom design is very poor. If you’re staying here, I would strongly recommend...

“We had a short wait for the shuttle from the airport. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Room was spotless. Breakfast was absolutely amazing- great selection, fresh, really nice staff and very well maintained. Unfortunately, the only drawback- the pool was down for renovations. Since that was a key reason for choosing the Holiday Inn Express it was “a bummer”. In all other areas great place to stay. ”

“Parking is ample.. staff were friendly.. the water park was ok.. the hot tub was not working, and I was hoping to utilize that. Little disappointed in the amount you spend for a room and there’s no complimentary breakfast. Coffee is $4.25 for a small cup and if you get breakfast it is added to the “great price” of $7.99. The food is ok, the beds were comfortable, however they have the worst pillows. Big lumps of polyester which resulted in a very poor sleep. Not to mention the room was right...

“Staff was very friendly and helpful. Sketchy looking guests. Huge problem was no coffee in the morning until 8am when restaurant opened. I was gone by then. And no microwave so I couldn't even bring my own coffee the night before and warm it up. Even one of those lame little coffee makers would have got them another star”
