“Great location, big room, and great service. Here for a weekend passing through CT. The hotel really needs a deep clean, as the couch in our room had stains and spots, and the shower floor looked liked it had not be scrubbed in weeks. The bed was very hard, but other than that it was a good stay. The front was getting repairs to the tile floors, and the gym was getting upgrades and not in use. The pool was freezing, so don't expect a nice dip! All in all, would stay here again, just don't expect...

“Everything was great, except that when i called at 2:50 to see if room was ready they said half hour more and when i got there at 3:30 room was not ready so i had to wait til 4:30. Other than that still my favorite hotel to stay with my grandkids”

“We stayed one night while my daughter had a dance competition in nearby Springfield- it was about 15 minutes from the venue- Impeccably clean, great location close to the highway lots of stores and food options, breakfast was great. The staff was friendly and efficient. The hotel was very busy on the night we stayed and in the morning breakfast was continuously monitored and items restocked promptly. A great value and experience. ”

“Really clean and comfortable bed. My request for top floor was not looked at or mentioned and I was placed beside a very noisy room which fortunately quieted down at bedtime. The real low point was the managements handling of breakfast. There has got to be a better way to manage all the guests who want breakfast: the waitstaff couldn’t t possibly keep up with the number of guests. The toaster didn’t work. It was unclear how to order. Food needed to be replenished. ”
