“Ottimo hotel, letto molto comodo colazione eccellente…unica cosa non è molto centrale, ma la zona è silenziosa e meno caotica del centro ”

“camera pulita e sempre in ordine, moquet sporca in alcuni punti. Colazione sufficiente ma varietà frutta scarsa.”

“Ortimo”

“Very comfortable room, properly equipped, very friendly staff. Receptionists are very professional, all requests and questions were responded immediately and in proper manner.”

“perfect”

“Nice hotel, probably the building is coming from comunist time. Some details are not perfect for a 5 star but considering the total value is perfect for holiday or work. Very close to the hysterical part and walking distance to the sea. Panorama from the common balcony is amazing. Also taxi service from hotel is cheap and conveniently managed. ”

“Friendly staff, quiet”

“スタッフ皆様の対応がとても良かったです。周りにスーパーもあり買い物も楽でした。バス停も近く二つの停留所で主要都市と地下鉄駅もあり今回の仕事ではとても良い立地でした。”

“My stay at Hotel Divan has been perfect, the only negative note is that I did not have the full amount of money paid in receipt because, the receptionist said, I booked through Hotels.com, so for € 59.00 that I have Paid at Hotel.com, Divan Hotel has billed me 45.00 € that they received by Hotels.com. My was a work travel and the hotel was refunded to me by the company but in this way, I lost 14:00 euros. I do not think it is right. Never happened before, but if this is the rule, in my future...

“Great staff, from checkin to departing. Two bedroom family suite was large and clean. Easy access to grocery. Walkable or short taxi to old town or Nizami”

“It’s such an amazing hotel. Loved the customer services and staff was so amazing! So new and nice room and easy walk to every where. Highly recommend it to all who wants the best experience of stay in Baku!”
