“The Hotel is part of the Raffles City shopping mall and has a direct access to the stores and restaurants, that is really helpful if you don't feel to go around the city for a meal ;) Rooms are good , service is good , breakfast is also good Easy to reach PEK airport ( 30 minutes without traffic , about 1hrs with some traffic)”

“The hotel itself was comfortable. The room was ok. staff did their job efficiently. However, there are a couple of important things that I felt let it down. Everything is in Chinese ...I would suggest an English translation..this would make life easier for Western visitors. Also the internet was very unreliable and spotty . If these things are considered then it would be a major improvement”
