“This place has a guest laundry but the washer and dryer only accepts quarters. Guess what? The front desk has no quarters. None. And they had no detergent. I had to go off the property to purchase laundry detergent ($11) and 3 separate restaurants nearby to get enough quarters to wash a load of clothes. The appliances worked fine as long as you fed them quarters. They charge $2.50 for a soda but you have to give them $3.00 because they have no quarters. When I checked out and got my bill, it was...

“Hotel was very clean and didn't have any lingering smell or spots or stains on the hotel floor. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The food at the ground floor restaurant 33 Staves was excellent and I would strongly recommend to try it out especially if you want to stay away from fast food places at the giant mall. Drew at the front desk check us in and he was very friendly and a great host.”
