“We stayed for 3 days with six people and they never cleaned our room, took our trash or gave us towels. When we did ask for towels they only had 2. Hot tub was luke warm at best.
Breakfast was decent and the room was nice. Great location.”

“This was the worst stay I’ve ever had! They property was extremely dirty, the room stunk so bad, the sheet and comforter smelled like body odor, musty, mold, it was so bad I can’t describe the smell. When I asked for mew sheets they said there wasn’t staff on the property so they would see what they could do. I had only been there an hour because I arrived late and I asked for my money back at that point because the beds were covered in yellow stains there were spiders crawling everywhere,...

“The front desk was very kind. We had to change the room because it wasn't cleaned after the last occupant used it! The second room was not so clean anyway. Bad mattresses were old and uncomfortable: please replace them!!!
The bathroom vacuum cleaner was so noisy...
The swimming pool was clean and it's a plus if you have time and the weather is right.”

“After 4 night stay, we did not have breakfast because no waffles were not available, no milk for cereal or coffee, no cups to get a cup of coffee (cleaning lady got two from her room but no coffee available), cereal was gone from serving dish.
We had two towels and one wash cloth for three adults. Requested extra and was promised them but did not get any. Our room was smoky. Was told would get air cleaner but we ended up buying our own to use.”

“So it stated that there would be free breakfast, they were supposed to be a pool. There were supposed to be a lot of good amenities that should have been easy to use but there was none. The only free thing was coffee. My room's microwave didn't work. My room's dishwasher didn't work. They did have a nice clean laundry facility though but if you're looking for decent service I'd suggest the holiday inn express instead”

“We enjoyed the suite. It came with serving for 4, pans, cups, a fridge, 2 burner hot top and a dishwasher for easy and convenience. The staff was amazing. We didn't use the laundry or fitness center & the swimming pool and hot tub were average. Not much to do in the area but easy drive to Hershey, and Bass Pro Shop and other fun family stops.”
