“The bathroom sink and the tub drain drained very slowly. The shower was not getting to medium hot. The room door lock had to be manually turned to the lock position when leaving the room. The bar was out of Coors Light and tonic water.... staples for a bar. The restaurant was out of orange juice and the biscuits were not served hot. The premises was clean and the bed was comfortable.
