"The area where the hotel is located, while well served by public transportation, doesn't offer the right variety of restaurants or fast food outlets. It was also very dirty, with constantly overflowing garbage bins and sidewalks reeking of urine."

"No doubt this is a great hotel! Excellent room, very comfortable bed and pillow, 5 stars breakfast… restaurant, late night music bar, rooftop with view.. last but not least, 2 metri stations just 5 minutes walking! (Rato and Marques de Pombal)… super recommended!"

"We stayed here for a weekend with friends and booked a room that was very comfortable for three people. It had a double bed and a single bed, with a layout that was quite efficient – almost like having a small second bedroom. Pros: • Excellent location: very convenient to the metro and easily walkable to the city center. • Supermarket and breakfast spots just around the corner. • The housekeeping lady on the 6th floor was incredibly kind and efficient — the room was always spotless, and she even folded our clothes! • Very comfortable mattresses. • Small but efficient kitchenette, perfect for making a quick snack. Cons: • Reception staff (except for one evening lady) were unfit for front desk service: I think they could better , never smiled. • The staff at the “Quotidiano” café where breakfast is served were quite rude. • No ventilation fan in the bathroom, which has no windows. • No gym. • No coat rack or hooks at the entrance for jackets. • The wardrobe (see photo) is clearly not suitable for three people. • Maintenance could be improved — the curtain was broken, so light came in.
