“The hotel needs upgrading but most importantly a deep cleaning of the carpet and furniture in the room is badly needed. The first room I had smelled so badly. The young lady at guest services was very nice and changed my room. The second room didn’t smell as bad so I managed for one night. I would not want to stay there for another night.”

There were a few gray spots on the ceiling of the bathroom. The fan didn't blow strongly. Also, I forgot my slippers. The rug needed to be shampooed. I mistakenly walked on it barefoot.
