“First of all, I would like to say the staff was very friendly and helpful, but upon entering my room, we noticed that the sofa bed was very damaged and unbelievable. We also have pictures of trash and debris underneath the mattress. Our phone did not work to call the front desk and the pool was closed, which was a bummer due to the fact that it was the main reason we booked here our room smelled like it had previously been a smoking room because it was very muggy and had a light smoke odor.”

“Stayed here for Welcome to Rockville. Obviously I knew going in that the bar should be set pretty low because it is a Motel 6–but this place seriously needs to be checked out by the health department. Multiple cockroaches in our room, stains on our bed sheets, flies buzzing around our lights, floors so dirty you can’t walk from the bathroom to the bed without your feet turning black, mold on mini fridge, and our door doesn’t even close all the way. “Room wasn’t the cleanest, beds uncomfortable, shower looks dirty, no trash can in room, no elevator, small roach was in the room, mini fridge and microwave needs to be changed, room smelled like cigarette which had me up all night and making it hard to breathe. Wouldn’t recommend if you have asthma. Staff are really nice , hotel is near the mall, movie theater and a/c worked well.”

“Apartment & location was excellent. The problem was that the temperatures during our stay was extremely cold. The HVAC wasn’t working properly & I couldn’t sleep the first night thinking the heater was going to blow up trying to get the room to an acceptable temperature. It ran for 12 hours straight overnight and only got the room slightly warm. To took another day to get the unit repaired. Thankfully the 2nd night was warm enough to sleep.
