“First of all, I would like to say the staff was very friendly and helpful, but upon entering my room, we noticed that the sofa bed was very damaged and unbelievable. We also have pictures of trash and debris underneath the mattress. Our phone did not work to call the front desk and the pool was closed, which was a bummer due to the fact that it was the main reason we booked here our room smelled like it had previously been a smoking room because it was very muggy and had a light smoke odor.”

“The property was very clean, smelled nice. Rooms clean besides the floors. Tub did not drain quickly so water built up in the tub after about 3 or 5 minutes. Did not use stove top, but fridge and microwave worked well and were clean. Bedding clean, no stains noted, however queen bed was small with a weaker frame. Dog walking area (behind the building next to the dumpsters) had trash, cigarette butts littered and no grass so I had to take my dog to the front lawn where it was much cleaner. Staff...

“Stayed here for Welcome to Rockville. Obviously I knew going in that the bar should be set pretty low because it is a Motel 6–but this place seriously needs to be checked out by the health department. Multiple cockroaches in our room, stains on our bed sheets, flies buzzing around our lights, floors so dirty you can’t walk from the bathroom to the bed without your feet turning black, mold on mini fridge, and our door doesn’t even close all the way. “Agree with the other reviews about the Fabuloso smell. It leaves a film on the floor, so I don't recommend walking barefoot around the room. The room was nice with newer furniture, cooktop, microwave and small fridge but the walls, trim, doors, etc. were definitely in need of being modernized. There was no artwork, decor to speak of. It was nice to be able to charge your phone via the light sconces.
There were guests arguing outside until 1am and then started again at 8:30/9 am so that was...

“The staff was okay, the room was clean except for hair on the bed and shower, along with cigarettes burns everywhere in the room. “We looked forward to getting some rest and relaxation after driving over from Tampa and the first this we noticed when we got to our room were there were dead cockroaches hidden away behind the stand alone chair in the room. After cleaning this ourselves, the curtains over the room didn’t fit over the window causing lightning from the hotel next to use to enter the room all night long.
