“First of all, I would like to say the staff was very friendly and helpful, but upon entering my room, we noticed that the sofa bed was very damaged and unbelievable. We also have pictures of trash and debris underneath the mattress. Our phone did not work to call the front desk and the pool was closed, which was a bummer due to the fact that it was the main reason we booked here our room smelled like it had previously been a smoking room because it was very muggy and had a light smoke odor.”

“The property was very clean, smelled nice. Rooms clean besides the floors. Tub did not drain quickly so water built up in the tub after about 3 or 5 minutes. Did not use stove top, but fridge and microwave worked well and were clean. Bedding clean, no stains noted, however queen bed was small with a weaker frame. Obviously I knew going in that the bar should be set pretty low because it is a Motel 6–but this place seriously needs to be checked out by the health department. “Agree with the other reviews about the Fabuloso smell. It leaves a film on the floor, so I don't recommend walking barefoot around the room. The room was nice with newer furniture, cooktop, microwave and small fridge but the walls, trim, doors, etc. were definitely in need of being modernized. There was no artwork, decor to speak of. It was nice to be able to charge your phone via the light sconces.

“Room wasn’t the cleanest, beds uncomfortable, shower looks dirty, no trash can in room, no elevator, small roach was in the room, mini fridge and microwave needs to be changed, room smelled like cigarette which had me up all night and making it hard to breathe. “We looked forward to getting some rest and relaxation after driving over from Tampa and the first this we noticed when we got to our room were there were dead cockroaches hidden away behind the stand alone chair in the room. After cleaning this ourselves, the curtains over the room didn’t fit over the window causing lightning from the hotel next to use to enter the room all night long. “Apartment & location was excellent. The problem was that the temperatures during our stay was extremely cold. The HVAC wasn’t working properly & I couldn’t sleep the first night thinking the heater was going to blow up trying to get the room to an acceptable temperature.
