“I left behind a few shirts hanging in the closet. and they wouldn’t even talk to me personally. They told me to go to an app to retrieve the forgotten items. I did that-nothing. “The TV and phone was not working. They switched our room TV and phone that room did not work. I sat on the bed not comfortable. I looked down and where the carpet meets wall was disgusting. It was like Moldy looking and dirty. I took pictures so they couldn’t deny it. This was not a pleasant hotel at all. When we were leaving, two other customers were leaving stating their room was dirty as well. I do not recommend this hotel at all.”

“My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the experience was negative. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and treated me as if I had done something wrong. “If you see this, please don't stay here. I had driven 8 hours and it was well after midnight, and was only needing a place to sleep for a bit for continuing my drive - but I STILL almost ate the cost of staying here to go pay same-day rates at somewhere nearby. The lamps in the room were not great, which is the only reason I actually stayed there - If I had seen it in the daylight like I did the next morning I would have given up the money (room was prepaid), and just dealt with getting screwed...
