“We are a couple in holiday and we were there 3 more times, in previous years. The hotel is no more comfortable. 8 days there, never cleaned our room, never sheets change and towels as well!. The breakfast was terrible. No yogurt, no eggs, no bacon, no waffle, no jelly, no fruit, no fruit juice. only coffee and cereals!. Some of the staff were very rude, expecially those present at breakfast. Our door was opened during the night, while we were sleeping. Next morning, We asked to check by cameras...

“Front desk staff were super friendly and welcoming. Our room was fine only problem was the damp smell inside room that hits you as soon as you come inside and it smells horrible. I assume that it comes from the rug due to the water that gets splashed from the jacuzzi. Thank God i had lysol and was able to get some of the smell out. Mexican Restaurant downstairs was amazing loved their drinks and food. Overall experience was good. ”

Next morning, We asked to check by cameras but we are still waiting. We will never come back in this hotel and for your own safety we do not raccomand it!!!"
