“Experience was flawed by the lady in charge at check in who was not in the mood to be there. Was adamant i didnt have VIP access, denied me the free daily breakfast so i had to pay for that and was unfriendly in general. She did not inform me of any deposit for later deduction of any services billed so i had to pay for everything including minor things such as a cup of coffee which is annoying and a waste of time. Service is slow and inefficient whether it be check in, room service, pool side...

“Nice new hotel, in a strategic position for business trips (close to airport and to the industrial area), the service is good, the food is above average, the Free shuttle from/for the airport with WiFi is a very timely and comfortable service. “We stayed for 3 nights at this hotel and the staff were very freindly at this hotel from the moment we arrived. The one day they even washed and ironed some clothes which was a surprise to us. The hotel rooms were spacious and very nice and the wifi also worked well. The pool area was quite small and the sun doesn't really get to it but that isn't a bad thing in the Abidjan heat. I would consider staying here again if visiting Abidjan again.”

“Actually the hotel itself is OK. But the manager is corrupt! He claims that he hasn't been paid by Orbitz in over a year. Insisted that I pay the hotel directly before I could check out, even though Orbitz verified that they paid him. Orbitz still working on getting him to reimburse them (and thus me). I have recommended that Orbitz black list the Hotel Sol Beni, or at least stop listing it on their website.”
