“My two boys and I cycled Seoul to Busan. I reserved this hotel for our night before taking the bus back to Seoul (with our bikes). The hotel was in a perfect location, near the biking trail and 5 min away from the Sasang bus terminal. The hotel was in great condition, the staff spoke with some English, pleasant, and welcomed our 3 bikes inside the hotel, in the stair ways. “Staff was friendly at check-in. Not fluent in English, so have your translator app ready. Hotel was close to the airport and easy to get to the highway. Only a $13 Uber (18,400 KRW) ride to Gimhae Int'l airport. Bed sheets were clean and floor and bathroom counter seemed clean. However, it is about a mile from any food options, the hallways and stairs were piled with linen, and the bathroom had a lot of mildew. There was linen on the stairs and hallways - very odd. “酒店在工業區 附近只有一間cu 如果要出門口只能坐138公交車 等待時間長 夜晚更是難分難解 很恐怖 出入不方便 只能靠taxi 房間沒有提供風筒 更沒有提供衣架 而且沒有鋪床單 只有床墊一張 十分簡陋 牆壁更是破爛不堪 走廊更是黑黑的 夜晚會突然停電 廁所馬桶是壞的 洗手盆有裂縫 冷氣機是不能開的 窗並沒有裝防蚊網 一定要關窗 引致空氣不流通 房間很多灰塵 燈制也只有一個位能按 但卻只能開 若要關的話 需要去拔起房咭鎖匙才可以 請不要選擇這間恐怖酒店”

“飯店位於沙上站2號出口(上、下手扶梯都有)，這裡做為隔天搭乘巴士或是前往機場都十分方便，附近吃的餐廳也很多，入住時櫃台人員不太會用英文，但是會用手機翻譯溝通。房間打掃得乾乾淨淨，床頭旁邊有提供手機充電線，不用再另外插轉接器，這點非常讚許。”

“Mogua Hotel was a lovely surprise during my stay in Busan. The minimalist design really stood out, from the clean exterior to the spacious interiors of the room. "Extremely rude staff, we booked on hotels.com and the pool and sauna were included, then they said they were not. Also, at the pool there was a sign saying children below 36 months could swim, my son was allowed at first, then they changed their mind asking us to leave the pool. The staff was very rude and confusing, would not explain the issue while demanding all the info on our booking from us. The room was ok but it's unacceptable not to have it cleaned for a six days stay. Not even the garbage!!! We had to live in the garbage for six days. They only communicate via email and their replies are pretty useless."
