“My stay at Mavi Ladin Konukevi was a wonderful experience! Deniz, the host, was always very friendly, helpful and supportive. She’s a woman with a big heart, who loves nature and takes care of dogs and cats. And she prepares great organic breakfasts! I got to know some of her lovely friends, and we spent a great time in her garden all together. She arranged for me a visit to Ani and Cildir Lake, and a taxi to Dogubayazit, and everything was perfect.

“3 gece konaklama yaptığım Qrista by Dedeman’dan son derece memnun kaldım. Personellerin hepsi inanılmaz yardımcı. Kahvaltısı bence dışarıda Kars kahvaltısı veren yerlere gitmeyi gerektirmeyecek kadar iyiydi. Odalar temiz ve düzenli ancak biraz küçük içeride hareket alanı kısıtlı kalıyor. Otelin her yeri sıcacık dışarısı -20 bile olsa içeride üşüme imkanı yok. Oda temizliğini siz söylemezseniz yapmıyorlar. Tek eksik sayabileceğim yanı bu ama öyle önemli bir şey değil bence. “Struttura in zona comoda e centrale. Camera un po' datata, ma pulita, purtroppo esposta ad Est e quindi fa giorno alle 5 di mattina quando magari un'ora prima si è stati svegliati dal muezzin della moschea che sta proprio lì davanti. “The room was small but had everything I needed. The linens were clean, as was everything else.
I’m quite sporty, so I had no problem climbing up to the fourth floor, but anyone with mobility issues should keep this in mind.
The staff were truly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful! I even got sick during my stay, and they assisted me with such kindness.

“The services were absolutely fine. My train was a bit late and I ended up doing the check in after midnight, but they were super kind and helpful.
The office desk is open H24, I believe.
My bedroom was a little tiny but cozy, but it was only me so it was perfect.
The only thing that bothered me were the towels because they smelled a bit like cigarettes, even though they were clean.
The self service breakfast was also fine.
Overall it was very good.”
